The deposits have no connection with binance account and it can't be considered as as your account verification. Because, it is easy to create multiple verified account on binance (with different id) without any problem. Creating multiple gmail account is more easier.

Still you can create Scam Accusations in that specific board, but you need to provide proper proof of your claims.
