Panjul knows them all  Cheesy Cheesy Many thanks bud.

At this point I take advantage of your knowledge to ask you something more about status points that , under our accounts, are denominated as "DMBTC" : their name makes me think they are in some way convertible into BTC, or some other coin, or is it a false illusion of mine?
It is a mistake by betcoin, I have told them months ago about the denomination for the status points because it should be "points" instead of dmbtc.
I'm not sure why they have not changed/edited it with the correct one because when I saw it for the first time months ago, I thought the same as what you think.  Grin
Status points is not convertible ofc, it is just like points that you earned from your gambling activities (wager) or from the surprised box.
Similar to other XP points in other casinos where it is point to show your account level progress to the next level.

Interesting, impatient to see how the whole new thing will be worked out!
Just checked my prize log section and found out yesterday I was awarded a bonus chip for some leaderboard but cannot find it anywhere under my balances and also didn't figure out how can I use it...as long as it is already operational.

The bonus chip is available under your account and you can transfer it to real balance (crypto) as what you wish.
Simply click your wallet, and you will find menu namely TRANSFER as shown below:

Then you will see some information such as bonus, status point, betback, etc as shown below:

What you win from the leaderboard will be shown as Bonus, if you want to make to real balance then simply click the "From" and choose Bonus then click the "To" to choose which currency you want to convert the bonus into real balance.
Set the amount as what is available in your bonus balance information then click submit.

Signed up, deposited 0.2ETH won a bit then withdrew 0.5858 ETH.
KYC'd on withdrawal, which I completed on April 6th with no real issues.
They then said it would take 10 business days to review this, I emailed them 15 days later as they didn't update me, they instantly ask for source of funds documents.

I would not recommend playing here, there is better places to play and I believe they are asking for all this information to delay paying customers.
I am going to send my pay stub tomorrow when I get into work and if they keep asking for more documents / refusing to pay I will post here again.

Hello, we are glad to hear you were answered instantly! We can see that it was explained to you that our licensor requires that we receive certain KYC and AML documentation in some, rare cases. In the interest of speeding the process along, we encourage you to provide this as quickly as possible. Thank you for playing!

I saw in daily leaderboards there are some prizes listed for top positions but I cannot understand what the symbol displayed is referred to : it is a different one from the PBR coin and from the gold coin one as well; so I don't get what the actual prizes are, as long as there are prizes.

That symbol that you see is a Bonus Chip (worth $1 of crypto), however at the moment, there are no formal prizes being issued for any leaderboards, other than the announced promo.

The reason you will see some daily prizes being listed in the coming weeks is because we are testing our automated payout system. Sometimes, players will actually receive the listed prize, but others you may not. Until a formal announcement is made, assume that you will not. The goal is that in the near future, we will have regular prizes being paid out for all leaderboards. And most importantly, that the promo leaderboards will payout automatically, because although we get it done quickly, no one wants to wait while we manually add 50 payouts at the end of the week (lol)!

@panjul07 summed up the response pretty well, but just so you can hear it from us, as well:

Free spins on a normal round are totaled and the ROI is based on the total of those spins, compared with the original bet amount.

Bonus buy ROI is based on the original total amount deducted.

Think of each time an amount is deducted from your balance as a single round and all the payouts based on that deduction as winnings, from which your ROI is calculated.

Any other questions, we are here! Best of luck to all!

Thanks @panjul07 for the detailed answer and thanks to you for the propt confirmation he was right!

Just another quick one :

@roycilik: are you going to join the party? I havent seen your name yet in the leaderboard, I guess you'll come in the last few days.
There is no reason for me not to join the Treasures Leaderboard
I'm in LOL
Could you show me your Razor coins? Cheesy

As what you asked LOL
I got 1000 gold coin yesterday on Razor Shark and it should give me 1000+ ROI for the leaderboard but in fact I also won bigger multiplier in the Razor Return 1700+ which is currently on the top of the leaderboard Smiley
Dont beat it please, I'll be fine to be beaten by others but not you  Wink
Good for me that I have made around $200 profit since I started to join this Treasure Leaderboard competition.
I'm tired with endorphina to hunt multiplier although in fact I can bet as low as $0.01 but now I prefer to play Razor.

A question regarding single bet ROI tournament : if I hit free spins during a normal spin round is the total income of the bet, spin winn plus income from the related free spins,  taken into consideration for the ROI calculations or not?

Also how are bonus buys considered for ROI leaderboard purposes?

A question regarding single bet ROI tournament : if I hit free spins during a normal spin round is the total income of the bet, spin winn plus income from the related free spins,  taken into consideration for the ROI calculations or not?
It should be like that, lets say you do normal spins with $0.1 base bet then you hit a free spin bonus and you win like 10x from this spin before entering the free spins round.
Then your free spins give you 100x of your base bet, so you will get total 109x because it is simply the result of your bet divided by your base bet minus 1.
I said it based on my experience when I hit 1000x on a slot game, my ROI is 999 so the formula must be "win/bet amount - 1"

Also how are bonus buys considered for ROI leaderboard purposes?
Although there is no information but I'm quite sure bonus buys counts as what it is, use the same formula as I mentioned above.
Lets say you do buy bonus @10 and you won $100, so your ROI will be 100/10-1= 9
Or it can be as simple as what you win divided by what you spent for the bet (ignore the -1).

Round 2 starts NOW!

Best of luck to all!

I'm in at least for the casino ROI but maybe I need to try the social ROI as well but since I have not enough social balance, I need to top up it first.
For now, I'm focusing to have the best entry for the casino ROI and once I think that I've done it then I'll top up social balance to try for the social ROI.
@roycilik: are you going to join the party? I havent seen your name yet in the leaderboard, I guess you'll come in the last few days.
Good luck to all participants and I hope we can make nice profit from this nice tournament.

This is basically a feedback for you because I think $25/hour can be considered as low especially if the streamers need to spend their own money while streaming.
I think it would be better if you can hire a streamer to promote your casino in the live stream platform such as Kick.
Of course it requires a lot of money especially if the streamer is popular enough with so many followers.
Great feedback. The $25 is just an extra incentive for anyone who would already be playing in the promo. We are also looking for permanent streamers, so this would be like an audition.
The word audition is quite attractive and maybe you should make it into real audition so instead of offering $25/hours, maybe you can make an audition/competition to be streamer with a nice prize pool.
The winner(s) will not only win something from the prize pool but also will have a deal with you to be permanent streamers or based on contract.
Just a suggestion/opinion ofc, but it seems that you are so serious to have permanent streamers which sounds good as it means that you are following the trend.
