I have conversations with them going on a year now but i won't post them.... i will post proof to why they're scammers...
This is my first post on btctalk vs a reputable company so i ask you read this fully instead of jumping the gun saying dumbshit...

there are 3bugs/expliots on betcoin.ag which i have contacted them every time with full details, yesterday i called them and the support agent was being a smartass

I tell him every thing about the bugs his reply So what's the problem
I go more in depth How is this relevant to us?
this time i explain it so a monkey could understand let me get my supervisor "puts me on hold 5mins" same guy comesback and says send an email

So i wonder why they don't care about losing money!
because the bug has to do with betback and status points i tested it further and realized they only give 10% of what they claim here's proof

https://www.betcoin.ag/vip

look at the betback % and status point calculations
upto 0.35% betback and 0.01 status point per 1chip bet on dice

math proves that this is expliotable "bet 1chipx100 on 98% dice "
2% house odds means you will lose 2chips betting 1chipx100 but lets say you're silver3 getting 0.04% betback 0.04%x100= 4chips in betback "2chips pure profit
that's upto 33chips per 100bets if you're master level

second expliot "you can transfer status points at 1;1 ratio on their alt site coinbet.ag which would give 135% profit every 100bets

So why are they not concearned
i wagered 1000chips according to the calculations they have listed i should get 10chips in status points plus 1chip in betback "i'm bronze1" after 1000chips wagered by me i only have 2chips in bonus points and now i'm not getting anything at all 1000 extra wagered still at 2points

The math proves  they're not paying the correct amount anyone of you can test it for your self
or you can goto betcoins chat box for 10mins and see someone else claiming they're not getting rewarded correctly

betcoin.ag uses the same staff for all skins no doubt the owner is aware of these lies

Status pts are not paid in chips they are simply just that: status points....

Irrelevant.

jasonort's post is here, and he was a brand new account at the time.

Also, I was looking at their betback and lossback and calculated that you would be +ev at Silver I (IIRC) by playing regular old Blackjack. Such a low rank gives you +ev? How can Betcoin maintain their funds, then? They wouldn't be able to afford paying off the smart and loyal customers. If that's the case, then what would they have to resort to? Put the pieces together.

Despite of the issues mentioned by TwitchySeal, the key problem is that you do not know to who you send your coins. In addition, Betcoin.ag is a copy & paste of Betcoin.tm. Betcoin.ag false and misleading state the jurisdiction(s) of Betcoin.tm:

Betcoin.ag Scam!

Betcoin.ag Poker Terms of Service (TOS)

Quote
BetcoinPoker.com advises You to read all of these documents carefully as each forms part of the legally binding agreement between You and BetcoinPoker.com

-> It is juridical not possible to have a legally binding agreement with a domain name! Legally binding agreements are only possible between legal entities or private persons. The “Terms of Service” does also neither state the name of the operator nor a gambling license (if any exist), nothing!

-> False and misleading statements are the criminal offense of fraud!

Fraud Act 2016

2 Fraud by false representation

(1) A person is in breach of this section if he—

(a) dishonestly makes a false representation, and

(b) intends, by making the representation—

(i) to make a gain for himself or another, or

(ii) to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.

(2) A representation is false if—

(a) it is untrue or misleading, and

(b) the person making it knows that it is, or might be, untrue or misleading.

(3) “Representation” means any representation as to fact or law, including a representation as to the state of mind of—

(a) the person making the representation, or

(b) any other person.

(4) A representation may be express or implied.

(5) For the purposes of this section a representation may be regarded as made if it (or anything implying it) is submitted in any form to any system or device designed to receive, convey or respond to communications (with or without human intervention).

Betcoin.ag governed in Hong Kong or Curacao or Costa Rica or nowhere?

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in The Netherlands Antilles for the settlement of any dispute or matters arising out of or concerning these Agreements or their enforceability.

Based on what shall the alleged agreements with Betcoin.ag be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong or Curacao?

How could “These Agreements” be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, while online gambling is not allowed in Hong Kong? Does this make sense?

If the Betcoin.ag operation shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, why do you need to irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao?

Wait, Betcoin.ag scam Casino Terms of Service (TOS)

Quote
The Agreement and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Each party irrevocably agrees that the relevant courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference between them concerning the Agreement and any matter arising hereunder.

1, 2 or 3, you have to decide, 3 fields are free!

So where is it now? Hong Kong or Curacao or Costa Rica or nowhere?

Who is the operator of Betcoin.ag? Why is the name not stated on their website?

Do you feel comfortable to send your Bitcoins to something while you do not know who the operator is?

Betcoin.ag has a trustable name but Who really cares whether the name itself fits.  It is about not losing money and whether it is called a duck or a goose, if you are looking for a golden egg without any real effort on your part, then you are likely to be disappointed.

Without having to read the entire post,we believe you.Not surprised, this ain't the first time someone has accused them of cheating. The only reason they are surviving is by paying shit loads of money to bitcoin gambling blogs which feature their articles on the top claiming it's the best bitcoin poker site. You could simply google "Best Bitcoin Poker" and the blogs which load up as the top results have them featured as the best casino. Check this : http://www.bestbitcoinpoker.org/ Little do these fuckers know how they're miss guiding  serious poker players.

From their website:

About the casino

Betcoin was founded in 2013 by Ali Bagheri and Magnus Lindberg, who are i-gaming experts. It is not definite as to when Betcoin was actually launched. Betcoin’s about page does not really disclose any more information about its management or its history. We initially thought that Betcoin is based in Antigua and Barbuda basing from Internet country code top-level domain (.ag). But after further research, we found out that it is actually located in Costa Rica.

These "experts" thought that Betcoin is based in Antigua and Barbuda because of the domain. LOL

But hey, they found out that Ali Bagheri and Magnus Lindberg founded Betcoin and this even though the Betcoin's about page does not really disclose any more information about its management or its history. Applaud, applaud...

And where is the proof or source that Ali Bagheri and Magnus Lindberg are behind Betcoin? Furthermore, where is the proof or source that Betcoin is located in Costa Rica?

What is the name of the operator in Costa Rica? Did they even read Betcoin's juridical not valid Terms of Sevice, were Betcoin suggest that they are governed in Hong Kong and Curacao?
