they are crooks and will continue to cheat as there is no control. Curacao is the wild west Grin
If you followed this conversation going on here, this case was resolved in favour of OP who got his BTC and never changed thread to [Resolved] after getting his coins.

But since I see you call them crooks, if you have an issue you could open a scam accusation of your own to try get things resolved, good luck.

I've asked that user several times throughout many threads to raise his own thread with substantial proof if he has any problem with any casino. He never raise any. I marked him as a spammer in the end and, IIRC, he's the first one to ever be in my ignore list.

@holydarkness great moderating of this case 👌 , you deserve an applause  Cool

Oh, thank you. You flatter me.

He's not coming back, because he doesn't care about this community. He just used you to extort us. Guarantee this was not his first BitcoinTalk account and will not be his last. Nearly all scam accusations against reputable casinos are created by scammers.
I agree with you that the assertion you have made absolutely perfect. The account was created only to create the accusation and the user had not created any other posts out of accusation. So, the intention was the same as you told and the user must have multiple account.

I support your call to lock the thread and mark it resolved I did mention here that they are responsive to complaints and will try to be transparent on how they resolve the complaint and they did, so far Betcoin is doing good in resolving cases like this, I don't want to dig but there was a thread that they resolve even if the complainant issue is not valid, they just don't want an open thread here in this section, how I wish all the other casinos with open accusation here will resolve their cases the way other active representatives did like Duelbits and Betcoin.

Edit : btc already on the wallet. thank you all for your help. and I suggest the resident of betcoin ag to go on vacation or change his job because with such an approach to customers he won't get far..." they are all frauds"

All things considered, this case can be marked as resolved, then. Please mark the title as resolved [you can do that by editing your first post and add the word "resolved" to the title] and lock the thread to prevent meaningless posts. The button to lock the thread is at the bottom of the page. I am marking this as cleared on the list.

As for the claim "they are all frauds", I don't think it's necessarily true, as we've established, there is a miscommunication with your case, with the expired verification link and the language barrier and all. I have yet to find any evidence on past and present cases that they defrauded any forum member.

You did lie, as was already shown

made a few bets and wanted to withdraw the deposit.
I only want to withdraw my deposit because I didn't even win anything, I played two bets, I lost 0.5 ltc and I wanted to take my money.

His most recent deposit was 0.0019 BTC and withdrawal request was for 0.0043276 BTC.

You obviously won bets if you more than doubled your deposit.

Also, you won these bets by cheating. And even through all of that, we gave you the opportunity 5 months ago to verify, but you refused multiple times.

Betcoin are widely known as having some of the best service of any sportsbook. Despite the fact that this player is a cheat, we still responded to all his support inquiries within minutes. As always, any legitimate player will receive VIP service, plus the best odds and promos, with no verification required.

Hello,

Some time ago I opened an account at https://www.betcoin.ag, made a few bets and wanted to withdraw the deposit. The website made verification difficult for me and after a while I couldn't log in to my player account. Can anyone help me get my deposit back?
If you are a real user and you don't have multiple accounts then you might have no problem providing the required document to the site. You are not able to provide the required document doesn't mean the gambling site is a scam site.

I wrote it in the email I had during the first verification
[email protected]

and fill out the help form on the betcoin.ag website

We need an email. Support at betcoin dot ag

Do you want my email or should I send it to you because I don't understand?

Try to send an email to address as provided above. If I may suggest, use a "KYC verification - [your forum username and your betcoin username]" as the email subject, and write in brief that you wanted to re-perform the previously failed KYC. I believe their representative will connect it easily that it is you who send them an email.

Far as I know, Betcoin give a lot of effort to clear every cases against them, they have zero unresolved case [no even "invalid" or "inactive"] in my list, so I am sure if you do everything right, they're more than happy to resolve your case.

OK thanks, done

Edit : verification was successful, I am waiting for the BTC transfer to my wallet. I will inform you immediately when I receive the transfer

I see that you, my friend, understood what I meant, there is a language barrier and I didn't understand how to perform the verification correctly, but does it mean that I'm a fraud because I don't understand something? The betcoin guy probably has a bad attitude towards customers. let's close this topic. I wrote to Betcoin support that I want re-verification, I am open to cooperation, I have all the documents. I will inform you how the verification is carried out. If something is incomprehensible to me, I will write here... thank you for helping good people and let's not go crazy in these sick times...

A language barrier caused you to call us a scam when we asked for KYC? Don't play dumb. As you stated yourself, you have been doing this a long time. We all know what's going on here.
I don't have an email from you. When did you send it and to where?

May I suggest you both to go to each of your corner and take many long breaths? Let's try to deescalate this and reach for a resolution.

OP, I will approach with an assumption that the situation you are facing right now is due to language barrier. When they asked for video verification, face video, they're either talking about (a) a short video where you move your face to several direction to be sure it's not AI or other attempt of manipulation, or (b) a direct video call with their compliance team where they can see the participant [you] and match the picture sent on the documents with the person on the screen. Do you mind to do any of that?

And Betcoin.AG, do you mind giving him the list of documents and things needed by your team to proceed with his verification and let him get his funds back? If it doesn't burden you so much, please address them all here, so OP can get help from others with aspect that he probably not quite understand.

Absolutely not. He was given that list 5 months ago. Now he will be subject to the highest level of scrutiny and any hints given to this known abuser/KYC refuser will allow him to prepare. If he was trying to weasel out of the most basic KYC in September, why would we make it easier on him now? He knows how to reach us. We will not require anything outside our terms of service. He already said he is not going to comply. Catch the hint. He would not comply then and will not comply now. Stop giving sympathy to obvious scammers. What is it going to take? Should we file a scam report on him?

I see that your business is based on the fact that you assume that every customer is a fraud, right? and that if he doesn't understand your "wonderful" rotten system, he's also a good thief... you know what, maybe leave this post for others to see what your approach is? do you know why I wrote ltc? because that's what I thought, I started a topic here to get support and I didn't even believe that anyone would help me, so I didn't look through the emails until they asked today. I think that your attitude towards me and the whole matter shows that history is coming together, that you are frauds and you are making it as difficult as possible for people to give up fighting for their rights!!!!! I don't like this approach very much. so what did I prove that betcoin is a scam?

Well.. We have given you the opportunity to complete the verification and get your deposit back, which is what you claim you want. This is something we have offered to you since September. Otherwise, you can keep cheating sportsbooks, keep creating new accounts at Betcoin and BitcoinTalk, and see how it goes.
