The issue has been resolved and I received the right amount of BTC. A concrete reason of why it took so long has not been given.

It's good to see this eventually resolved.
How long did it take to receive the funds from the time you submitted the withdrawal?
There is still nothing on the withdrawal form saying that more than 1 BTC takes longer to withdraw.
Is it 1 BTC per day or 1 BTC per withdrawal? ( maybe 1 BTC per month, who knows? )

I doubt it was anything malicious, first withdraw can take some time for approval like they said. Never had an issue with withdraws but mine are always under 1000chips. Do as he said and withdraw in chunks so you don't get flagged by management for approval.

the last time i requested a whitdraw of about 100 chips i waited about 9-10 hours, it's to slow, time is money

I waited more then 12 once, when I asked them after couple hours of waiting they said its 24 max for withdraw so I waited what else to do. I agree they are slow but I cant believe they are scammers. I think we all need to wait response from them, I`m very interested what will happen. I still have some chips there.

Maybe they were hacked and don't want to disclose it to the public and thus are forced to keep larger customers' funds longer than usual while trying to fix it silently without anyone noticing to keep their trust?

I don't want to accuse of anything, but it wouldn't be the first time that an alleged hack was the reason for denying withdrawals.

Other than that, I'd also suggest that the OP withdraws in chunks, as suggested.

mt55, did you ever file a ticket on their support site? It doesn't look like Betcoin.AG are interested in responding here:

Please respond to the issue reported here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/betcoinag-scam-resolved-1349352

Thank you.

--sm.

We handle all support through the website at www.betcoin.ag.  I assure you if a ticket was made at www.betcoin.ag/support it was taken care of quickly.

That might be the case however it looks like one of your customers says there were unreasonable delays with withdrawals/support/etc so you might want to respond here in this forum. Just a suggestion, I don't care either way. But a scam accusation without a response (or just a canned PR response) doesn't look good for your reputation.

We certainly appreciate your response but search nearly any company in the world that gains some popularity and you will find some scam accusations.  It's just how people are.  Our player base continues to grow because people know we will never scam them and we are there to help them anytime.

Although I never experienced any issues with them - apart technical ones, this case seems quite odd. I assume the Customer Service and the "management" are in contact, so why would the "management" recommend to bypass its own rules by withdrawing in chunks ...

Whats the whole chunk thing anyway, their own withdrawal policy doesnt set any specific amount but customer service/management say max. 1000 chips?

https://www.betcoin.ag/support/withdrawal-policy

Overall I guess you cant compare them with any established fully licensed sportbooks/casinos (365, Hills, Lads, Paddy etc.) around, but issues like this dont exactly raise the confidence level.

Last question, what is the management reviewing for so long? In that chat, CS and management apparently were in direct contact and since we all know that Bitcoin casinos like them dont require any ID verification, they cant say they are "reviewing" anything apart a bitcoin withdrawal ..and sure, they can go through the bets..... now, 24h should be fine even for Ray Charles to "review" it, so for me it looks like they are trying to find "anything" in the bet history to cancel winnings. Im not accusing them of anything, its my interpretation based on what has been said and shown so far.

Either way, the attitude towards this case by Betcoin.AG is poor (customer service behaviour a total joke - in a real company you would get a warning for that). When there are problems with withdrawals at sportbook/casinos, its usually a bad first sign of things to come.

Anyone else in here who withdrew or tried to more than 1000 chips?

I PMed Betcoin.AG yesterday and asked to comment in this thread. They haven't been online since then and last activity was 2 hours before this thread was started, so I would assume they haven't seen this accusation yet.

This is the first time I am seeing a scam accusation against a reputable gambling site. Undecided
op did you contact them on their support email because sometimes there arises some misunderstanding while communicating with the problems faster.

Please do not forget to post here if your problem has resolved.

I think those support guys are all one person. There's already quite a few accusation against this guys. Most probably they're running low on funds on something.
It seems like they are. Gonna be interesting what happens here.

Maybe you should ask him directly and supply him with enough proofs so that he can't avoid your accusation once for all.

Will be watching this thread closely.

your links werent showing prior to you posting this as your activity and rank prob hadnt updated but now after reading this whole conversation wow. # days is quite a long time to receive no definite answer. If they do not end up paying im sure DT members will tag the betcoin ag rep account here and possibly roslinpl for managing the campaign(which i dont agree with on manager tags) but its up to member discretion on that

I haven't scammed anyone. I placed bets on a tennis game, that's it. No poker, no multi-accounting, no nothing.

Your links arent showing anything. Think you need a higher rank for that to happen. As far as betcoin goes the only time ive seen them fuck someone over is if youre a scammer  multi accounting or if you won via a bug. I can say that their support can be slow at times but normally once they get to your ticket its solved fairly fast.

This has been my experience in the past with their support. Things could have changed since then as well

(ISSUE RESOLVED!)Hey guys,

As you can see I requested a withdrawal quite some time ago. The chats with the support have all been about false promises. They mentioned several times that the withdrawal will be processed within 60 minutes. It never happened. Here is the last conversation with the "support" from betcoin.ag.

I have had plenty of conversations with them. They promise to process it but never do. Two guys even told me to stay in the chat until the withdrawal has been completed. Both left it after I asked whether they are still on it.

As of now, there is not much room to believe they are somehow an honest platform. I definitely say that they are scammers, extremely well organized in their communication. You even start feeling tired discussing with them. They ask you for your nickname over and over again as if there has never been any conversation before and they even insult you of being impatient. It is incredible.

DO NOT PLAY ON BETCOIN.AG - THEY SCAM PEOPLE BIG TIME! (RESOLVED!)
