The monthly bonuses are pretty substantial. I believe members can join the campaign to receive the monthly bonuses. This month the bonus is a tournament ticket into the Daily Coin which has a guaranteed prize pool of 1 BTC. It doesn't take long to reach full member once you've reached member.

"Member" rank can use signatures with 150 char. max.
That's the main reason why most of the sig campaigns don't accept members.

Second thing is that usually members post quality is much lower than i.e. Heroes post quality.

Our campaign offers a special bonus for "Members" - after each Stage "Members" will receive a "Stage Bonus".

Join us as a "Member", make sure that you care about a post quality, and when your rank will change to "Full Member" then you can continue and get pay per post.

Signature limitations is likely one of the reasons, as it's very difficult to make an eye catching signature with the limitations imposed on 'Member' accounts and lower. Another could be that members who make insubstantial posts, such as yourself, simply for signature payment are more condensed to members with the rank 'Member' or below; they usually get banned before they reach any higher.
