I could expand on these issues but I don't want to derail this thread, therefore the PMs.

We had to figure out the problem first which we have and it was our protection being too strong which was toned down and is working perfectly now.  As to your statement regarding etiquette we have those questions often actually and it is public information regarding the affiliates who post here at bitcointalk about them being trusted and it is important for everyone to know that as they bring in considerable traffic and are rewarded for that.  Also, it is publicly known that we have no plans to integrate WPN ring games because they are in $ and everything but shared tournaments is in bitcoin.  Our base currency is bitcoin and will remain that way by choice.  When we first started we entertained the notion of being just a skin of the WPN which would have included ring games but that would have meant the based currency in $ which we didn't believe made sense if bitcoin and litecoin would be the only transaction options.  This is all excellent information to share and we appreciate you asking these questions.

Nice job answering a PM on a public place, are you a total beginner concerning the etiquette on a forum (never exposed PMs, on some forums that could get you banned) or you just don't give a fuck ?
As for your sarcastic tone concerning my question about sharing pool for Cash Game, it is worth wondering since you do the exact same thing for MTTs...
Maybe, instead of a one liner, you could expand this decision not to share player pool for Cash Game as well ?
Is it due to tech difficulties ? WPN not authorizing it ? Something else ?

Thanks nicesoft for your responses and yes we were inundated with emails yesterday.  Ironically we had just as high traffic numbers yesterday, because the website really wasn't down except for about 10 minutes.  We just wanted to provide an update to the DDoS attack that happened on Wednesday.  We receive DDoS attacks almost twice weekly as many online companies do but they hardly have an effect on our service and this one was quickly taken care of as well, however our security is extremely high and it began to filter IP's of many of our quality players to a 520 error that if they clicked retry would take them to the website.  We have fine tuned this filter and everything should be working perfectly.  Please let us know anytime if you have an issue. 

As to your other ticket, the affiliate is highly trusted and Betcoin ring games will remain in mb...Bitcoin.

Yeah the site's been getting DDOS or something. They are probably overwhelmed with emails and questions. Plus they've been working on a lot of new features and stuff so they have a lot on their plate. no point in sending 5 tickets and non stop emails.

What's happening with the website ?
I've got a lot of "website is offline"/multiple graphic bugs messages and even in the software itself I got to click multiple times on "retry live session" to get infos from my wallet.

On a side note, I'd like to tell you; whoever is behind the screename "Betcoin.AG" here, you're doing a very poor job as a site rep by not answering your PMs.

I can not join the SnG nor the Tournament lobbies. It says "please wait taking you to the tournament" and then the the popup dissapears and nothing happens. Support doesn't seem to be much help here, they say nobody else have have the problem. Help please, I want to play the double or nothing!!
