Nice one but I think you should work on your trust rating cause it is giving a warning that anyone who wants to trade with you, should be extra careful. With this trust rating you have, I'm sorry nobody is going to believe whatever you're saying here and the worst of it all is that you're a newbie, no one also believes a newbie. There are lots of scammer in this community and they are fond of creating new accounts and using to trick people into losing their money. I hardly see a good and trusted account these days.
The trust rating is set by a person who never ever contacted us or spoke with us at all, since the relaunch.
Also the case which is pointed in the trust rating, is a case from 2016 and casino related topic. Absolutely nothing to do with poker.
We decided to do this from scratch with a new account and everything. We are not the kind of team who also posts and bumps their topics/products with fake accounts.
You can also look around the forum for any Betcoin Poker related issue since the start of 2018.
Our Discord community is growing as well, and we are providing daily freebies there, which all players there can confirm, that the prizes are real, so are cashouts and everything related to a valid operating poker room.
I joined a few giveaways last year, and ive personally never had issues cashing out before 2016 and now. before 2016 i had alot of issues with management and how poorly it was being ran "half the time i couldn't access my account" "a troll was left unbanned for 4years begging/scamming/toxic" management said they wouldn't ban because users should have free speech, i had multiple post removed from the site for addressing real concerns around the same time, they ignored security flaws i reported, reset all of my referrals which still hasn't been fix'd after several attempts.
this has nothing to do with "new management" if there actually is new management.
but i'm still not convinced it's under new management.
the main reason i think it's the same group...
https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-paul-promoted-higher-position-within-organizationwhen paul left the site started going down hill, but it seems odd he would gain a promotion at wpn "if it was 2 separate organizations" but from his statement it seems that betcoin is a community inside the wpn organization.
--- when i found these security flaws and they where ignored for months i contacted other skins "because it could impact all players who use the network" i called americas cardroom ,the supports name was andrew
when i brought it up there was a brief silence before he responded with sarcasm while talking me in circles avoiding the issue "being a smart ass" when i called blackchippoker rep said "hi this is andrew how may i help you" with the exact same voice. meanwhile guess who is overseeing my ticket at betcoin? "andrew"
3rd reason
winningpokernetwork has a designated 3rd party "pretty sure it's a branch wpn runs, but lets just say it's not" handling all of the payment processing. All of the other skins use this, ive seen on 2plus2 somewhere that it's required "but since i'm not sure lets assume it's not required"the "3rd party" is capable of anon btc transactions. why would betcoin be the only skin not using this, and why is betcoin the only skin wpn hasn't officially affiliated it's self with, why is it the only one to ever have a scam accusation on this scale?
From my years of experience playing with wpn i have gathered enough info to make a reasonable assumption that winningpokernetwork owns 100% of these skins and there's not a commission structure offered to investors or popular cardroom brands.
But since me or noone else has ever been able to verify ownership of any of these skins this is just a theory, that can't be proven.
If wpn does own betcoinpoker like i believe, it's not really new management.
if you bought it and really are a new team, then here are my questions.
#1 Why would you buy a brand when it's near it's peak for bad reputation, why would you share that brand with the previous team that destroyed it "and are still using it" would it not be easier to join wpn under a new brand?
#2 Why should anyone believe there is new management when the details about the entire claimed transaction are still a mystery.
like i said i have had bad experiences with this brand and wpn, but i never had a reason to believe i wouldn't get cashed out before or now, every request has been processed and i still use the skins mentioned so for playing low stakes i trust you enough to accept the risk, but there is soo much that doesn't add up, the entire network seems shady. i'm not posting this to bring up past issues. this is what you need to address if you want more players to trust betcoin again, because so far all you have done is claimed to be a new person and that people should trust you based on that.
