Really enjoy the poker on this site.
so did i until i had a problem they couldnt fix and then they promised me bonuses but never gave me shit and keep blaming the problem on me lol and let people into my account when i said not too.
What was the problem they could not fix? What do you mean by let people into your account?
As far as bonus tickets won I always get them when I win one but its not automated yet so you have to contact them and they post the bonus ticket right away.
I would like to know what problems cannot be solved so as to be aware if there are real issues there and protect myself but your post is very cryptic.
So far its been a good experience for me. They do seem to be new and raw with not too much experience in running a poker site but I think they try hard and so far appear decent. I would rather have inexperience kids running the site than hardcore crooks playing poker with a debugger accessing the server memory running a site.
So I would to like to find out sooner than later if your problems were technical issues or something sinister cause your post does not say much.

LOL it appears that you are the only person that has an issue with not being able to log in and not getting suppot to write back.
However you did make the choice when you posted that won't play there again. How can you play if you cant log in? And how can you see if you got a bonus or not if you can't log in?
You posted that they could fix your issue so you still can't log in. Who knows there might be lots of bonuse thst you can't see because you can't log in

You have never had a problem playing poker notserp, it's just the betcoin.ag site that you say there is a problem.
wwwin, no players looked into his account. He says he cannot login to his account at www.Betcoin.ag, but everyone else can login to their own accounts and we can log directly into his account at www.betcoin.ag with no problems. In order for us to fix a problem, we have to observe a problem which we cannot observe for notserp. We offered to have him select a player or us select a trusted player to try to login to his account to assess a problem, but he refused, therefore we did not move forward with this. Why don't we nominate wwwmin to login to your account notserp through pm's of course and see if he sees the problem?
Also, there is no mention of anything wrong with poker, casino, sports or his funds, because there are no issues. He says he cannot login to his account at www.betcoin.ag which is where we keep the bonuses. We have tried to solve this, but can't figure out what to solve because we don't even see a problem to solve. Everyone else can login to their accounts at www.betcoin.ag. Would you like to volunteer to assist?
