I just gave betcoin a shot and am really enjoying the MTT schedule, it's much bigger then comparable bitcoin sites. I am having a small issue though...withdrawing. If we actually knew your username and had received an email from you this would have been taken care of a long time ago. We are experimenting with new tourneys like the CAGE and satellites as well as many other features. It won't be perfect from the start or even as we go through it, but you can be assured that we will always take care of our players and work very hard to make it as perfect as can be. Support is standing by for your email.

this is because fourth place does not qualify for a ticket.

i described the above situation - with no response from support and no further communication.
