what about plo? that game gets raked way more that the others. and antonlevay gave you that input lol the fucking cheater with multiple accounts and used bots but you still let him play again, wow.
The plo is being worked on as well and instead of bashing another player that actually did provide some good and useful assistance, it would be nice to have some helpful advice which is always appreciated from you notserp. Players can earn and often deserve second chances and many given second chances become very beneficial members to the community.

Great job guys - can u add a refresh button to your software - cause sometimes it stuck on finished tournaments and i had to restart client to see current

Yes we instituted the confirmation email about 2 months ago which must be confirmed before a withdrawal was sent. After speaking with email support, we do not have any emails of people asking about a withdrawal. What is your username and we can get you taken care of promptly. The email may go to your spam folder.
I did not send an email because I was following the instructions on the withdrawal page which states to email if it isn't processed within 8 hours. I'll PM you

This is not cool, I put in a withdraw request lastnight around 2am and its now 1pm and it still says pending....
What gives, why are you guy holding my money hostage, especially as the value of bitcoins is dropping hard right now.

Since when are there confirmation emails for withdrawals? 3 weeks ago I requested a withdrawal and after not receiving it I contacted live chat but they can't deal directly with withdrawal issues. I didn't receive a confirmation email that time.
I requested a withdrawal 2 1/2 hours ago. My request is still pending and I did not receive a confirmation email.

Yes, I won about a quarter of a bitcoin total playing cash (though a lot of that was rakeback/bonus) before wandering off because there's hardly any action. Withdrew all my chips last week and that went fine.
