Life, Love and Laughter...
How's the traffic lately?  Traffic has been going down across the board on all poker sites.  I wonder what the traffic is like on the BTC poker sites...

gonna pay me for my missing affiliate payments? or you gonna keep telling me thats not my players name but not tell me the name u think it is?

You and all of our great affiliates are paid promptly for their referrals to Betcoin through the system based on their play at Betcoin.  Betcoin does not pay you for a player's play on another website in the network as this is not in our data.  Thank you.

lol same stupid response. still not telling me what his player name is if its not the one on my affiliate page. how can it be different?

You can have a Betcoin username and a different WPN poker name.  For example, many players have already signed up with a WPN website and when they signup with Betcoin can use that same name to sign up but when they play WPN games, they will need to choose a new name.  It is very common actually.

 i know that.

like i said if he does have to use a different name when he plays in wpn tournys wouldnt you know it ? but u said u guys dont know lol. but anyways i know what his name is because his stats from when i started to receive payments matches up to what he played with the name he singed up to betcoin with so no way he plays wpn tournys with a different name.

they made it right with me thanks

High Five Tournament Returns to Betcoin Poker June 8

From June 8th to 12th we’ll host the 6th High Five Tournament Series with a massive 1,700 BTC in guaranteed prize pools and a 780 BTC GTD Main Event.

The High Five Tournament Series will bring you 5 extra tournaments for 5 straight days, over and above our regularly scheduled Big 10 and Turbo 10 events.

We also understand that no tournament series is complete without big prize pool tournaments. Along with the enormous 780 BTC GTD we’ve got two other massive tournaments which are a 140 BTC and 185 BTC GTD.

The players spoke out overwhelmingly in last year’s High Five with their approval of our 10 minute courtesy break at 4:20pm ET every day. So we’re keeping the tradition going during this one.

This is one series no one should miss, so don’t forget to tell your buds! Satellites for major events will start running soon. Check the poker lobby for the full tournament schedule.

Thank you and good luck!

High Five Tournament Satellites in the lobby now!  Good luck everyone.  Come join us today!

nonetheless, it was interesting and fun. Gonna try again next week !

Congrats to the winner.

no status update from yesterday so far? my VIP level didn't increase and I dodn't receive any betcoins point yet

I know you prefer to hear from the Betcoin Rep directly, but have you tried the Live Chat Support feature on their website? I've had similar issues like yours in the past and was able to get things looked into/fixed in real time via live chat. ymmv

thank you, it was just delayed. it updated later on in the day.

and please dont generalize. I wanted to hear from betcoin rep directly in one specific question, where I think somebody who wasn't actually involved in the company couldn't give a satisfactory anaswer

The support staff is nearly available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you.  Thank you for your question and then assistance Junko.  Very good to hear that it was taken care of by the system as programmed.

Hi,

Saw your issue with missing affiliate payments.

They underpay both players and affiliates for tournaments played on WPN.  They only pay as advertised for Betcoin only cash games and tournaments and simply refuse to admit it or make their terms accurate.

I know this because last summer I played around 35k worth of tourneys and was underpaid by around 50% in rakeback and status points.  They tried to ignore me after lying to me, then they just banned me when I wouldn't let the issue go.  They were extremely disrespectful to me from Nov-March.  Then they surprisingly un-banned me and paid me 3 BTC after claiming they extensively researched my play.  No apology or explanation though.

Also, your sharkscope stats are likely very short of the actual number as they don't include re-entries, re-buys add-ons or any satellite played.

I have a gold membership so i exported your players entire history, not sure if it will help at all but here: http://pastebin.com/GeGVC4HY
