We certainly appreciate your 2 cents anytime and thank you. The default alert sounds can be changed by clicking on the settings tab once you are at a table, then clicking sounds and then selecting each individual sound and uploading it individually, or you can select no sounds. Please let us know if you need additional instruction on how to complete this.

We will get some more user feedback on the blackjack positioning. It was originally added at the request of many players, but we certianly appreciate your response.

We certainly agree with you regarding the premium poker room. Do you have additional thoughts on the premium poker room?

The only way to convert tourney money won from promos into chips is to win tournaments at this point. We are planning a massive update for this week, however and we will keep you posted.

With regard to the tournament, yes it is a one time use and will not be available if the tournament does not run. Also, we are looking into the bug that you experienced and will have it resolved.

We have an enormous update planned for this week and we will keep you posted.

yeah what happens if you register for a tourney with a ticket and doesnt run? do i get it back?

also i re-entered into the 1btc tourney and it took my chips instead of my tourney money thats the first time that happened

We actually haven't finalized our plans for the thank you freeroll, but we do have some very big updates coming this week that will benefit everyone. We are very excited about these updates. To address your comments, however depositing players are what enables poker rooms to have tournaments, ring games, sng's and a website, without them there would be no tournaments for you to play in.

Most people who play in our tournaments are depositing players and again, we have not finalized our plans for this freeroll yet as it is probably going to be something totally different after we complete this update scheduled for this week. Thank you for the feedback. We really appreciate your 2c.

Deposit at least 100 or more chips for the week
Come out as with a chip loss for the week in ring games
