I just read about the players colluding and the same 6 people ending up as winners.
I think and this is just an opinion and i am not sure about this so admin please correct me if i am wrong that Betcoin knows about what these players are upto and cannot stop them due to some other restrictions that i cannot disclose over here. They are not colluding, just not playing against each other because they belong to the same group.
If there are any more questions you can contact me via PM and i can explain whats going on.
Also admin if you want to get more legitimate players as well as increase your traffic you can contact me for details and ways on how to do that but please dont let your real players get scammed as its bad for the game, specially bad for Bitcoin Poker.

how about taking them out of that 400gtd 40 chip buy in and take their chips and split it with people they played with if they only played with them selfs just keep the chips. thats why instant withdrawls might not be the best for the poker side.

is that the reason you removed the on-demand grt?

yes i reported them and they said they cut them off and removed the on demands but those where the same guys that tried to sit me on the ring games so not sure what cutoff means lol
watch out for these guys klmit, antonlavex, ledveppelin, qwerty1 and rebelshot they did some weird stuff when i sat out in the ring game i think they could be bots also some other guys i know that collude together rames, chainsmoker and stinky.
Our collusion department is certainly working to eradicate any and all colluders or cheaters of any type and we will be very vigilant about it. We should also point out that there are a variety of checks in place with regard to instant withdrawals including cutting suspected colluders and cheaters out of this feature one by one and making their withdrawals manual and then disabling them from withdrawing all together. We appreciate everybody's feedback and help in spotting cheaters and we will take decisive action.
The 7 bots/multiaccounts/colluders (antonlavex, kimt, qwerty1, ledzeppelin, rebelshot, samanthajones, tonybegood) still playing atm trying to fool me at the on demand tourneys... even a blind can see what they are doing...

i dont think instant withdraws is good for the poker side players could just cheat or collude to get chips and just insta cashout with no chance to get them back. and what if you review the hands and they cheated are you guys gonna refund out of your own pockets? just wondering because i just had 2 players try and cheat me but i didnt play them because i knew they where cheaters that were supposed to be banned already i thought u said they were cutoff?

I'm very happy to wait longer for my withdrawal requests to be honoured for the benefit of added security and loyalty of the game.
Why don't you start mentioning the "alleged" ( leave them the benefit of the doubt) cheaters and/or colluders and/or multiaccounters to either:
- warn other loyal players about their "suspicious" activities
and
- allow them to reply here if they fancy
Betcoin is a site I really like to play and their staff is doing an incredible effort, they are always giving a lot of attention to their customers and I appreciate it very much.
I really don't want to see their reputation ruined by some lowlife dumbasses: think it's time to expose them out.

i deposited via the poker client and played a little in the casino. I did withdraw my initial deposit and winnings, but i didnt receive coins yet. I thought withdraws are instant. no big deal as i have never had a problem receiving withdraw, I am just looking for clarification regarding instant withdraws.

What is your username? We must have a variety of security measures in place including a max amount especially for new players, however the most common security measure prohibited an instant withdrawal is your deposit is not confirmed yet. 95+% of withdrawals go out instantly, but we are also dealing with people that attempt to game the system and therefore security measures must be in place.
