PLANNED SYSTEM UPGRADE AND SERVER DOWNTIME

As we prepare for the introduction of our web and mobile version of BetcoinPoker, we would like let you know that the planned upgrade of our improved Poker Client will occur on Wednesday March 5th, 2014 at 5 AM Eastern Standard time.

The expected downtime will be approximately 2 hours, where the Poker Client and server will not be accessible.  If you have any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Some of these changes that we are making require programming that takes a little bit of time, but we are listening to everything that you are stating and if it makes sense then integrating it as soon as possible.  We appreciate your responses.

We are revamping the bonus part which will make it easier to release btc.  We take everyone's suggestions, comments and questions seriously.  The bonus in the poker room is being worked on, but our players can't get enough of the bonus in the casino which has been extremely good to our players. 

I really wish you guys would start some promos that weren't useless.

I have over 90 in bonus credits. I've cleared .07 of that. Don't need anymore stupid bonus credits so all these promos are worthless.

Of course we are, we have already refunded half of the participants, we simply need an email with your username and if you reentered.  All you have to do is send us an email notserp, we monitor our emails more closely.   You know this.

These leaderboards seem fairly pointless.

Every day I get more bonuses that I can't clear?

That tournament was supposed to be canceled prior to the system upgrade and we may have to fire someone today for not doing there job properly.  These things certainly happen but when you go over it again and again in meetings you expect it to get done.  Thank you notserp.
