I have some feedback and provide this hoping it will become even a better sportsbook.

- Urgent: Just placed some bets and made some profit, but the cashier does not work. It shows an empty screen so withdraws are not possible at the moment. Please fix this.

- When I log in the odds are always set to American. I set it to decimal, but all the time it goes back to American odds. This happens when I log in and when I browse on the site. I want to have decimals and not to change it all the time. Is there not a possibility to implement an option to put your favorite choice of odds on your account for that?

- I don’t like the overview of my bets and results. How it is now: I need to go to my account. Then Activity. Then I need to change it to sportsbook (and adjust the date if needed). Then press on show. And if I want to see my exact winnings for example for a half won bet, (which can occur with Asian handicaps 0.25, 0.75 etc)  I need to calculate the winnings myself. This can and should be improved a lot in my opinion.

- Speed of the website is mostly pretty slow, maybe a new hosting can help to make it faster.

We are just seeing this but we did respond to your email.  It appears you had several accounts with us and we were able to find your primary account which you do have full access to withdrawals.  Please confirm.

This is an excellent point with regard to having a desktop version button on the bottom of the mobile casino which would be quick to integrate.  We will get that done.  Also, with regard to your second point, we will look into that immediately.  Thank you for your valuable feedback.

When I am on my tablet and go to the sports section, everything works fine, just like from my desktop, but when I click on casino, I go to the mobile version of the casino.  Is there a way to switch from the mobile to desktop casino, since the desktop casino has more games available and I cannot use my bonus credits on the mobile site.

Also, when using my bonus credits, why after I play a game does the game not show up anymore on the games list?  If I were to play say Heist, and when I am done I close it and come back later, the Heist game is no longer offered to be able to play for Bonus?
