I know KGambler from other forums and know him for a few years, not once has he lied about a book that he uses. U can check my same name out at SBR and see how many years I have been there. I thought u guys should know that this is definitely a shot at a very trustworthy player from a book.

I think you will agree I have made that clear throughout our correspondence.  I always said I would not accept a partial payment unless you could show me logs that showed I had received 20+ BTC bonuses in error.  Even before you sent me the final 20 BTC, I made it clear I still wanted mediation for the remaining 7.67 BTC.  I never agreed to your offered settlement, even though you were holding my 27.67 BTC for weeks.

KGambler as so many businesses in this situation must do for a variety of reasons, we now turn to you and ask what would you like us to do?  You say we have given you 15 btc in bonuses, and to that we say anything over 5 btc in bonuses would have been in error, but we did give it to you therefore it was our error. 

What would you like us to do?  We won't resort to name calling, profanity or anything of that sort.  We made errors in our bonuses and though many of our other players understood and were fine, you seek an alternate resolution.  We continue to learn everyday, improve and deliver a very good product that a couple thousand people enjoy everyday. 

We are not going anywhere and this won't be the last time we are attacked but we will always do what is right.  What would you like us to do to resolve this matter?

170BTC at 130USD is definitely a different ballgame than 170BTC at 900USD. But damn! You do well  I've only lost... and a helluva lot more than the 7 you're owed.
 

This is the problem with your Mickey Mouse book.  Why the hell would I be thankful that you paid me money you owed me?  I won the BTC fair and square.  When I lose, I pay.  When I win, I collect.  It's a simple system and it's not based on favors.  You owe, you pay.  You can win, you can lose.

From the beginning of this it has been clear that my winnings have angered you.  You mention the amount I won in over 90% of the emails you send me.  And that is why you are truly a Mickey Mouse book.  Sometimes gamblers win, you are not just running an automatic dollar printing press.

I remember on the phone where you laughed about how you can give the bonuses because most gamblers piss it right back to you and then some.  It was when you were asking how I won so much.  You think you have a license to print money.  Someone won 170 btc, the price of btc went from $100 to $900 and you got shady.  You are a Mickey Mouse operation.

Yes, I ran very hot there.  The last bonus was given in early October though.  I believe on October 6th but I can't be sure because they won't say and won't show the logs.  The price of BTC was under $130 when I received those bonuses.  I won the bulk of those 170+ BTC back in October.  All but 23 of the BTC he is talking about were won previous to Nov 18th.  They waited until the price of BTC exploded until getting shady.  When I was getting bonuses and winning BTC, the price was close to $100.

In January, with the price over $900 they suddenly started not wanting to pay out.

And now they are intentionally muddying the waters.

Stop with the nonsense.  You know this is not an extortion attempt.  You stole from me and jerked me around for 2 months.  I have had enough.

These bonuses were given in September and October, when BTC was at about $120.  The bulk of my BTC winnings occurred well before the price of BTC exploded.  In January, with BTC at $900, you suddenly started making ridiculous claims about how I had received bonuses in error.

My math shows I received 15 BTC in bonuses.  Not surprisingly, this is how I remember things as well.  On Jan 9th you said "we noticed that over 30 btc in bonus credits was erroneously paid out to your account".  On Jan 12th you said "in error your account received over 40 btc of bonuses".  Jan 15th you said "We have confirmed exactly 20 btc worth of bonuses".  Jan 25th you said "we admitted making numerous mistakes in granting bonuses to you totaling over 25 btc".  So which is it?

You twice told me you would send me the logs so I could verify for myself how much in bonuses you had given me.  You lied.  You told Peep's Place you would send him the logs.  You lied.

Where are the logs?  Why won't you send them?  Why did you tell us you would and then renege, three times?  Why do the numbers keep changing?  I looked at my deposits, my withdrawals, my total winnings and did the math... the bonuses were just 15 BTC, just like I had remembered them being. 

I called your bullshit the very first email you sent me claiming I had received over 40 BTC worth of bonuses in error.  I told you right then that could not possibly be correct.



This is very misleading.  My last bonus was given in early October, when BTC traded for under $130.  In January, with BTC at about $900 you suddenly claimed that my bonuses had been given in error and were making the truly outrageous claim that I had received 40 BTC in bonuses.  I did not threaten you.  I tried very patiently to work things out with you by telling you that I had not received 40 BTC in bonuses and that I felt I was owed my entire balance.

damn hes a big winner, i had a feeling it had to do with bonuses cause u guys always pay and have  been fair to me.

Everyday we are faced with one person or another trying to extract btc out of us.  We are positive that bitbook.biz experienced the same pressures that we experience and they have chosen to fold.  Now we have to defend ourselves from an attack by KGambler, the highest winner in our sportsbook to date.  KGAMBLER has won and been paid out over 173 btc to date positive! Of course there is no mention of this in any of his posts.  Throughout this time KGambler was granted in excess of 25 btc in bonuses.  When the error was discovered, we immediately subtracted the bonuses, but of course KGambler was upset, therefore we settled with KGambler paying him 18 btc of the 25 outstanding in bonuses because of the persistent threats.  He has now threatened to post negative comments on every forum, which I am sure will not include that he was paid 173 btc positive and 18 btc in mistaken bonuses.  

The allegations above are false if you win big at this place, you will not get stiffed.  If you win big, you will get paid big!  Ask KGambler, how BIG he got paid.  If we make an error on the bonuses, we will still pay you some of those bonuses, which in retrospect, we should have never done.  Also, we have not been lying low, we have been working very hard, vocal on bitcointalk, building out a better backend, mobile website, app, and more.  

We all try to please everyone in every way possible, we try to give you the best and most fair gaming experience possible.  KGambler won 173 bitcoins, was paid 173 bitcoins promptly and given excess bonuses which he was also paid even after we discovered the error.  It is unfortunate KGambler has chosen this route, but we are going to continue to provide the best possible service to our nearly 10,000 members, 2,000 of which play everyday and send us the best compliments we could ever ask for.

Betcoin Sports stiffed me for 7.67 BTC.

I am in the process of filing a complaint against them with SportsBookReview.  I tried to get help from AKsplace/Alan Karre/BitcoinCasinoPro.com but he went missing.  He had told me that Betcoin had agreed to use him as a binding mediator, but then he just flat out disappeared and Betcoin denies ever accepting him as a mediator.  I have no idea what happened there.  I then took it to Peep's Place.  He agreed to look into it.  Betcoin agreed to send him my transaction logs.  They lied, just like they lied when they twice told me the same thing weeks earlier (yes, I have the emails).

If you win big at this place, you will get stiffed.  They have been stalling and lying for weeks now.

The conversion is 1 btc = 1,000 credits, there is no conversion to dollars, euro etc.  The labeling inside is universal sports dollars which is a little confusing but that will be changed next week.  If you win 4,000 credits you can withdraw any amount up to 4,000 credits and you get 4 btc.  Thank you and give us a try.
