Can you please tell us when you deposited and we did not give the bonus? Also, if you didn't get the posted bonus, why didn't you contact us?
I did... I responded to an email string I had with customer service about my account access level. If you look at my last 3/4 deposits no bonus was given even though it was flashing on the sign in page.

How weird... not sure why you didn't get the email. I sent it once; the initial time I didn't get the deposit bonus. Yes, up until that time, you made good on the deposit bonuses. Looking at my transaction history on your site... there were two 10BTC deposits approx 1 month ago. No bonus was given and I sent the email around that time... at least I thought I did... but maybe I didn't have all my french fries that day. Anyhow, after those two deposits, I deposited 5 or more BTC and didn't get the bonus.

Because according to your website's landing page, there's a 1 BTC Casino bonus on any deposit of 5BTC or more. I took a screenshot but I don't know how to upload pics... but it's there now.
Yes, we are currently offering a 1 BTC bonus on deposits of 5 BTC or more. This is a one time bonus however that can be done monthly. As you have not done it in over a month, you would qualify. With regard to the emails, yes we will send them to you very shortly and you will see there was never any mention of any bonus not being granted. Ah! That must be new? because I was getting the bonuses every time I deposited. I didn't realize it was one per month. The email I sent should've been sent around the time I deposited the 10 BTC twice. No need to send it to me, I trust you said you didn't get it, you didn't get it. I probably just wrote it, walked away, then later decided not to send, IDk.
