But kidding aside, there are many cases that happened the same thing from what you are saying, there are cases that even the site who's not requiring any KYC but once you win a huge amount, they will require you to process and provide your KYC, not good for high rollers who don't want to reveal their identities.

It's tough to accept that in order to withdraw your money, it will be frozen for a while until you complete your KYC and justified all those
concern coming from the gambling house.

But so far no one has experienced this on Betfury, there was and there is no existing complaint about KYC and withdrawal delays, everything is smooth on Betfury, some top gambling casinos have one or two complaints but so far it's still zero for Betfury I have seen people here posting 5 digit winning and they have cash it out and hopefully it will stay that way, but I'm not saying that in the future there will no complaints they have a TOS and they expect players to follow this.

Yeah I do both. Right now I have locked 400 BFG tokens for the farming; the rest I keep for staking. The advantage is that withdrawals minimuns are really low on Betfury (combined with low fees), so it's easy to cashout (e.g. minimum to withdraw is only 1 TRX.

Its really a must to read the TOS of the casino before deciding to play to become aware of their rules especially when it comes to withdrawal and kyc. But some gamblers are not taking time to do this, then will complain if there's something wrong. I think a reputed casino wont ask a certain condition (that is not written on their TOS) before you able to withdraw, thats shady.

Each casino usually has similar TOS they would ask your KYC if they suspect you doing anything wrong with their casino, however as long as you not doing anything wrong you're fine. Don't forget the casino could update the TOS anytime they want, this is why we need to follow latest update from the casino. Also the other scammy casino could update new rules to accuse someone when winning large sum money.

Majority of gamblers are on a hurry and doesn't really have time on reading up that long pile of text which is the TOS itself that's why when problems do rise then they had just missed out on reading that

which causes for some headaches or problems and telling directly that the site is scam or fraud but the truth they are the ones who are in fault.

This is the important on at least reading up something which would really be important so that you would be aware of everything.

better yet, if you are a gambler, if there are some points that are important for you, then you should check those particular items on the site's ToS before sending any penny to the site. because i do agree that some of the probs arise owed to the player's fault himself. and they will cry out for scam if they can't get out their money because of their negligence. so if you at least read those important items, you know what's about to come and you are prepared for it. just be a responsible gambler and you may not be having so much issues with your gambling.

It happens when you win big amount of money or if the house suspects you that you are doing some suspicious activities in your account,

In most cases, the house will ask for KYC in order to withdraw your funds, very annoying and there's no way aside from dealing with it.

especially there's nothing from the house rule about KYC but yet ask for it don't have personal experience though since I'm just a small player, just enjoying spare coins to use.
