Was some issue with an ETH withdrawal - pretty strange but it was sorted out after a couple of hours - not great but at least sorted with a massive 100 TRX bonus for the inconvenience/delay.
Speaking of support though, I need to follow up - turns out there was another issue yesterday and one I haven`t experienced in all my years ever. In a few words, I was charged for slots bonus buys that literally never happened due to their platform having a problem while trying to do those buys (clicking buy, having been logged out, logging back in, showing old balance so doing the same etc.). Then, after 3rd try, the buy finally worked but guess what - the previous buys were deducted even though they never happened. Checked the game history and yep, 2 buys that just never paid out. Not sure why this happened but fact is that I had to get in touch with their support again.
Once again via Telegram, contacting one of their admins, providing various screenshots, including game history with json - now this is not a rocket science, the screenshot clearly shows those buys never actually took place and when you also have the json, you just get in touch with the provider (in case the problem wasn`t on your end) and ideally refund the player.
Status quo: Close to 24 hours passed, money still missing, no support ticket or anything, just the conversation via Telegram with the admin. This really isn`t good enough.
Hopefully it will get resolved soon, keep us updated Efi! Only contacted their support a couple of times for standard questions (no issues) and all questions were answered in the chat. As you mention: what's the use of offering a chat if you need to solve issues with Telegram? I don't like Telegram and I am pretty sure that a lot of members also don't like/use telegram...
