The only legit way to get this theme is from http://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048 If anyone is interested in this, I would recommend to just buy it from the creator.

There are no resellers of this theme and reselling a "license" is not possible, so OP is obviously just selling a copy which is not allowed per license agreements. Probably even gives the "free" outdated download version.

@op does the script come with the envato account? otherwise you're also stuck without updates, which could make the theme useless with newer wordpress versions.
