We don't charge any fees for withdrawing,KYC Verification is not required for less than 20,000EUR transaction.

So if someone wins big >20k EUR without having initially put in 20k EUR, they would have to submit KYC?

Is this threshold cumulative or just a one off?

This could be a real turn-off for people who are just looking for an anonymous gambling experience without the need to undergo KYC/AML procedures.
KYC is such a big deal for that huge money and I’m pretty sure that many gambling site have this rules as well especially if they have the license to operate which requires them to report this kind of money as well. This is why I always ask if they’ll require KYC later on since there’s an incidents like this before, so better to confirm it at first. The project looks promising to me, I’m actually looking for good reviews about this site so I can try as well.

I guess that you're too vital with those one-time customers hitting that threshold and you'll surely put a KYC verification for them before they successfully withdraw the money. But for those regular customers of yours that have high threshold and wagers, you're not going to implement it.
Agreed. The KYC rules on this site are somewhat vague and op mentioning that they or may not ask for KYC depending on whether you are a regular user or not made me lose interest in this site completely.

Why would anyone want to submit KYC here when there are far more popular alternatives that don't require any form of KYC?
That's true.

OP has to be clear with that but if that's already the hint that he's been giving. We don't need any validation and information about it as he has already told us what it does means for them.

Gamblers like those casinos that don't ask for KYC of if they do, they should have a clear stance but I also see that they value loyalty on this casino.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

As noormcs5 pointed out, wiss13's suggestion was to include signature campaigns and small giveaway promotions in your marketing efforts on this forum. In this community, signature campaigns have become somewhat of a trademark, and they are an effective marketing tool for raising awareness for your platform.

Hi timerland,

KYC threshold is a one off. But is not needed all the times, depends if its a regular customer or a one time customer.

Make it clear. To whom you will apply the KYC if the threshold reach between regular customer or a one time customer? I understand correctly your statement since you are shedding some light here about your KYC procedure. You will not apply KYC to those casual user that playing below the min threshold right?

But in case someone win above the minimum threshold amount, He/she will undergo to mandatory KYC.

KYC is only asked upon possible suspicious activity on our site, which is monitored by our Account Managers, if an account is flagged and asked for KYC it is only required once.

A new face in gambling section, probably he has no idea about the house edge and how it works.
Hell, yeah; he was asking what's house edge LOL.

I guess he was talking about their ANti-Trade system. If someone is simply depositing and trying to withdraw, they will be required to undergo KYC but yeah, his post didn't clear up any specific rules & I can't find anything related to KYC on the site; probably I'm missing soemthing I guess.

We know exactly what our House Edge is,it was arround 6% and we lowered it to 1.5%.

Welcome to the forum bethub.gg
I created an account on your casino and, surprisingly, received three verification emails (the same one).
I took a look at the provably fair page and it doesn't seem to be helpful for someone who doesn't know how to read codes. You need to explain more how it works and make it easy to understand. It looks like it uses a hash and secret values to determine the outcome of games but can't find from where to get them! Please provide more clarifications so we can verify it's really fair.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue it is being resolved at the moment. We will add more details about our Fair Page later on tonight as well,we use EOS Block.

@OP good name and welcome to the forum. The stats below shows that there's 4k+ registered users and there are 11 players online. Not bad stats for a new casino, I'm not sure if I've got the problem in accessing the esports and I've got a problem in my ISP or there's the issue from your end?

Hi sunsilk, Thanks for reaching out! Esports should be fixed now,we had a small issue with our API last night.
I don't see it anymore, maybe it's still on the fix. There's no longer the esports tab and it only shows the two, casino and slots.

We just removed ESPORTS for the users since we are adding a new feature to the current version of the website that will provide Esports and Sports as well!

But I found this, is connecting to social media a way to get some rewards? I think it would be very unwelcome to just link it because it automatically has permission to access social media if someone just wants to get rewarded. Can you explain this and how it works?
Some other casino also have the system to connect social media accounts with players account. But they don't reward anything to the players for connecting their social accounts with their gambling account. Those casinos take it as a account verification process. Where bethub has included this in their reward page. Probably you won't receive any bonus from Bethub too, because it is showing ‘And receive 0.00 coins’.

Of course we will also definitely avoid association with social media accounts. Moreover, just to get a bonus that is not much. Better to bet with simple finances. connecting with personal social media is too revealing and I really hate doing this kind of thing. I've never come across anything like this at any other casino, if only to get a bonus.

We will always be curious about the new update that you want to apply to your site so we know what the difference from the last one is and I think that can also give you a chance to invite more users to come to your site.
With so many suggestions from us, you really need to work hard to apply one by one to improve your sites and have a better site in the future.
I am sure you can do that with your team, especially if you have many things that you want to achieve in the future.
A NO KYC for small gamblers can make them keep playing on your site and will not have a problem when they want to withdraw less than 20,000EUR.

After I registered and explored the contents of this casino, it's true that this display is the same as the Duelbits display that we use. Whether it's said to be plagiarism or not, I won't say further. But I found this, is connecting to social media a way to get some rewards? I think it would be very unwelcome to just link it because it automatically has permission to access social media if someone just wants to get rewarded. Can you explain this and how it works?

Could it be just a coincidence and their team didn't intend to copy some casino just like Duelbits and besides, I found color green to be attractive imho. About the link of social media perhaps the Op might have a KYC in the future or it's just a way to get some bonuses or rewards and most gamblers wouldn't like that but if it isn't mandatory then people would love to continue to play on their casino.
either coincidence or  not yet it almost looks the same as what Duelbits has , but like you said Green concepts is always attractive so they might find it that way so they choose to add the color and the design .

We saw alot of posts saying that our design matches another website. We decided for our new version of the website, that is coming in few weeks with alot of new features on it,to rededesign the colors / structure of the website so it doesn't match any other website out there.

With this? i find your site and team is really willing to make it here, by listening to the voices of the people and for your own betterment.

Maybe He will not need to pass KYC if he will not withdraw that amount in Bulk , meaning if he will make 10k euro each withdrawal then still he will be free from KYC ,if i understand it correctly .

Also we do not force anyone to connect their Social Media,it is just a way to get some more free balance.

Indeed, the design and UI of this casino is pretty similar with them. I have found another common thing between them. Duelbits Dice Duels game have 5% house edge and Bethub.gg Dice game HE is 5% too. Personally I ignore these in-house games where the house edge is high like that. @wiss13, what is the house edge of your other in-house games. Do you guys have any plan to reduce the HE?
Hi Mahdirakib, thanks for reaching out! We do plan on lowering the house edge on all house games to 3.5% in the coming days as this has come to our attention from many players. Thank you for your feedback!

Dice game with HE more than 2% is not competitive in the gambling industry. Dont you realize the fact that HE of most dice games is only 1%. Even if you reduce it from 5% to 3.5%, it is still not attractive if you want to compete with the other existing casinos. Is this high HE related to your VIP program where the reward is based on some percent of the house edge?

We decided to take action on the HE and lowered it,we also lower commission from 5% to 2% on PvP Games.

Welcome to bitcointalk Bethub.gg, nice to see we have new casinos showing up but many of them don't survive very long, so you need to offer something really special.

How much fees do you charge for withdrawing Bitcoin to my own wallet, and is kyc verification needed for betting on your website?

We don't charge any fees for withdrawing,KYC Verification is not required for less than 20,000EUR transaction.

Site looks great!

I was just wondering exactly what your value proposition is and how you plan on competing with the more established names in the industry?

Having a well-designed site is only a starting point. Do you have whales that are established on your site, do you have a very large bankroll, high limits on esports etc.?

Hi good_sir, thanks for those great questions! Our team at BetHub has many things planned. One example is implementing our VIP system, which we plan on forming to be one of the most rewarding in the casino space. As for your last questions, we have a VIP manager who will be handling getting whales and highrollers on the site. We have a large bankroll that we plan to put to good use. We also plan on constantly adjusting our limits on esports and sports betting in the future to best fit our player base.

I like the black and green design of your site op. Many of my favourite casino games are present here which is another plus point though their house edge needs to be lowered asap(Lower than 3.5% and closer to 2%).

The FAQ section covered many important queries which is usually not the case in new crypto gambling sites which is another plus point.

Weird thing here is that around 4.4k users registered here, but I only observed around 10-20 people online which implies that your retention tactics are failing and need to be improved drastically for long-term success op.
