Betting on the direction of bitcoin markets ? We are already doing the same in the name of binary options trading.

I just checked your site and I am unable to see any registered address for your business; who is the operator ? Your name betinance sounds good but it is not good that you are using logo and graphics are very much similar to binance.com as it may give a false impressions like a sister venture of binance for gambling industry.

For those gamblers who always look for new way of gambling, they may find themselves entertained here and there are chances for traders too give it a try. But, you need to prove it as a legit business and for that you may start with providing us a licence info.

License info is more than enough to suffice the question about the legality of this gambling platform. No need to disclose team members if you don't want. Though they are using binance in some ways at their own advantage, they are not the first one to imitate famous platforms. Just make sure you are not having copyright infringements here.

So please don't take as  something that we are not.

We are here to build trustful and fair platform for betting.
Don't worry, I am not what you have thought and all the replies here in this thread are all opinions and suggestions. Building a trustful and fair platform for betting doesn't mean that gamblers can trust you with their funds their funds. Also, you may read a negative impression from someone here when they reply especially if they would only gamble or bet to legit business only. If you want to clarify about being a legit or not I suggest that you start what coinplus posted .

Just a friendly advise, please do not reply to posts one by one in a row/continuously. It is considered as bumping your own thread more than one in 24 hours while the forum rules says that bumping is allowed once in 24 hours.

13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours.[2]

Although it is unofficial rule but all bitcointalk members refers to that rules so far.

Thanks for the advice. It wasn't mean to bump our thread at all. I considered important to answer to all relevent questions or worries that have been asked. It is reasonable.

Best,

I've seen this Thread a few days back and trying to search it but cant find it(seems deleted).

You are right, I'm quite sure that I replied to that thread and I have registered to this site as well.

Now,trying to access it again and its on maintenance mode. How this site gains soo much traffic or becomes overload? I have only seen that it do have few players/bettors.

Maybe there are many people tried to abuse the free btc giveaway by creating multi accounts and play against themselves to collect the giveaway. That's a usual scenario when a new site comes with giveaway. But lets wait for the rep to confirm once the site is back.

That's what I was thinking. So this is the new thread. The OP should be active answering questions here so people will get the true story straight from him.

And if it's free, people will always try to get as much as possible. The dev team should have certain restrictions on claiming that free btc.

As I mention in my previous reply that's what I was thinking too, the website design, domain name which is weird if you were to say. If there are bettors in this website I'm not sure why they are attracted to this site or maybe some of the bettors/player are related to the site owner I guess (not too sure just my thought).

My guess is that the site is inspired by Binance, I know Binance as exchange but not as a betting platform, which is the main function of Betinance. Copying/Creating a famous site inspired websites is a tactic of some to gain audience. Also, I guess, they are referring to Binance (or Binance is one):

...

DIFFERENCE: ... The Bitcoin price data is being downloaded in real time from currently the biggest and most trustful exchange.

...

Very obvious that they are following the footsteps of binance. It is their strategy to get attention from the community. Many would think that they are related with binance but it's not. So careful in dealing sites like this. Sometimes, it is a trap to get users on board.

Hi,

we are transparent from day 0 that we are not affiliated with Binance. So please don't take as  something that we are not.

We are here to build trustful and fair platform for betting.

Good luck!

What is the point of advertising your website if it still not completely ready op? My first impressions are not good since the website is basically in maintenance mode and it is something which you didn't even bother mentioning explicitly in the title post. You need to fix this asap.

They announced it here few days back and they are giving away free btc for first 1000 registration. It may affect their system because so many people want to join it for the free btc like what is being announced on the website. It is reasonable, let them working on it.
Free money makes sense, but that is still not an excuse in this scenario. They should have mentioned in the title post that the website is in maintenance mode because any new person who is looking to register would get confused and would ignore the website right away.

Example: Just look at the post above mine!

Hi,

yes you are correct. We had an original thread here and it got removed and then this thread showed up here. We didn't know it was live in here! We would adjust it.

Our bad.

Wheres the registration button? Your site is still not yet ready or did you disable it? I guess there was so many who registered and you disable the registration button.

Hi,

the site is flawlessly working now. Sorry for previous delays, we were under huge traffic that we were not able to absorb.

We moved to stronger servers and are able to work properly now.

Good luck!

I think they already did since newcomers can't even register as of today.

If they are not really affiliated with Binance then this is a RED FLAG. Incorporating yourself without the knowledge of a well-known company can put you in really big trouble. Even if it's for their "strategy".

Hi,

we are not incorporating ourselves with any company. Our brand is independent and we are transparently showing it. We chose a name that is well rememberable and that's it.

Hi guys,

our previous thread got removed and I didn't find out about this thread until now! I apologize for the late responses.

We had to put the website under maintenance because of the huge traffic we were facing from day 1. It was seen on the website that we are moving to stronger servers to be able to absorb the big traffic.

We are not affiliated in any way with Binance and have never said anything like that either. We only stated that we take official bitcoin price data from Binance as one of the most trustful exchange right now.

The site is working and is fully functional right now.

Good luck!

In case of any questions i am here to answer.

You don't have to quess about that.It says "Official data from Binance at the left side of this forum thread.
The betinance site owner has to put some sort of disclaimer that betinance isn't affiliated in any way with Binance, otherwise it kinda looks illegal and Binance might sue the betinance owner.
The idea of predicting the future btc price kinda reminds me of CFD contracts,by the way.

That would be my suggestion to the owner of the site to finish developing the site and use their own design to make their website attractive. The op should announce it here that the website is still in development and should update the thread for further announce or understanding.

The site is very similar to binance , and the bad that the site is still not functioning , I think you need to create a theme when the site is ready , do not copy the details with binance , this is for me scares people away than it attracts
After reading the domain name, I was thinking of binance because the domain name is betinance. You are also right, copying someone else's design is not a good idea which will make the site look like a fake one.
I never understood the people who copy the design of other sites, is it better to come up with something of their own? A copy will never inspire confidence to people

Somehow, I feel the logo is quite similar to Binance. Just look at the yellow color at the logo and remains me of Binance Exchanges. I think Op needs to fix this as people will think that his site is another website related to Binance. Or maybe he can explain to us why he uses the same as Binance.
This is true. Along with the logo, the name too is quite similar to Binance which is weird if you ask me. People might start to think that Binance is related to this website which could potentially push the traffic upwards rapidly.

Care to clarify op?
