May I ask you why do you use brokers if you are fully allowed to use Orbit exchange directly? AFAIK brokers are only useful for people restricted there because of their locations or other things. But maybe I don't know more specific things about such services.
It's not possible to use orbit exchange directly which is why we need to make accounts with these brokers in order to access it. This is the only way to access Orbit(Betfair alternative) as far as I know.

Besides that which betting exchange platforms using cryptocurrencies do you recommend btw?
Both Betinasia and Sportmarket are two of the best betting brokers out there though KYC is compulsory.

The rollover for this offer was 5x which was included in the terms of the offer that we linked. But noted to make this clearer on the forum in future!

Yes the crypto fees is something we have fed back to the team previously and is being considered - we appreciate you raising this again to us  Cheesy
The rollover requirement is fine, but I hope the crypto withdrawal fee gets reduced asap since brokers like Bookielink charge zero withdrawal fees for various popular cryptocurrencies.

Also, is the commission still 3% on winning bets in Sharp exchange? Am currently paying 1.2% commission on winning bets in Orbit exchange.

On Sharp Exhcange the commission is only 2.5% on winning bets (and has been since we launched it), among the lowest commission available on the market.

Maybe there's some mix-up with the figures here?

Thanks

As If there will be an action IF only one or two person will reachout to your customer support to complaint about the fees.
Bookielink has 0 transaction fees on crypto currencies. You should consider of giving free of charge as well to your clients!
They clearly don't give a crap about our opinions which is why they are ignoring us and are talking about other stuff like 2FA which literally no one in this forum cares much about. As you stated, Bookielink are way better in this area.

I registered there myself recently and will testing them soon. Also, their sharpexchange is just an orbitxch clone with different colors basically.

Hey there,

We value all feedback and this has previously been shared with the team to see if it is something we can do!

Orbit exchange has never really been a problem for me so far which is why I still recommend them. Problem with Betinasia is their withdrawal fees for crypto which is 2% for the first one and 4% for successive ones and that is messed up.

Their rollover requirement sucks too. Rival brokers like Asianconnect, Bookielink etc have minimal rollover requirements and zero withdrawal fees when using crypto.

I don't understand the charging too much fees on the customer side when it fact the fees is not too high compared to their earnings!
You are right, other brokers has 0 fees (deposit and withdrawal using cryptos. It's really annoying!

Also. Their new sharp exchange is up now but there are many issues arising..

Hey,

For any issues you are having, be sure to reach out to our support team who will be glad to assist you!

At BetInAsia we've tried to ensure the switch was as seamless as possible, so we hope we can help you to resolve anything.

Best,

Hi everyone,

As you may have already noticed, we stopped offering Orbit as part of BetInAsia, since Friday 20th September 2024. The remaining balance from your Orbit account is now transferred to your main BIA wallet. If you have any exposure balance yet to be settled this will be transferred as well and we will inform you once completed.

In the meantime, we’re excited to introduce our brand new platform, Sharp Exchange, a cutting-edge betting exchange platform powered by Betfair, offering competitive odds, robust technology, and a user-friendly interface.

Sharp aims to provide an enhanced, seamless, and trustworthy betting experience, and it comes with the usual BIA guarantees around service, product, payments, and most importantly of all it comes with a market lowest 2.5% commission rate. Sharp has exactly the same features as Orbit but with cheaper commission and less downtime, we are sure it will quickly become the only destination for exchange betting.

At BetInAsia, we are committed to loyalty and delivering the best possible service, and we believe Sharp Exchange will bring even greater value to you. Thank you for choosing us and for your continued trust!

Best,
BestInAsiaTeam

I'm just quite new in using bookielink but I already made my first withdrawal last night and so far so good. I am not using an Orbitx with them instead I am using Oddslay and laystar exchange accounts.
Alright. I have dealt with Betinasia, Asianconnect and Sportmarket so far which is why I am curious about Bookielink and Bet-football/BFB247. Still hesitant about using either of them.

BTW, if the theory that one of them is phishing website came from the same thread, there was a new update from Cantsay. OOP pretty much linked a phishing website using a dodgy letter.
Yeah. I did some research and it seems that orbitxch and orbitexch are both valid, but the ones with weird letters are 100% scams.

I have made my 4th withdrawal from bookielink and so far all was process in time.
I was curious about them before and so far I'm glad I gave them a try. Just hoping that their service will stay the same.

Yes, both sites are valid. I understand your point and we must be very careful on accessing every websites as there a lot of scams are around the internet!
We must think before we click!

Regarding on orbitexch.com vs orbitxch.com I believed these 2 sites are both valid based on my own experience, it will just depends on the country you are trying to access with - thus, If you can't access the global site which is orbitexch.com you can try the other one which is : orbitxch.com

I actually think so as well based from what I found out couple of days ago. Feel free to replicate the process.

But I've noticed, if you try to make an account on orbitXCH.com, you'll be redirected to bet-football.com/en/register. From bet-football, there's a webpage for orbit exchange however, the domain linked is orbitEXCH.com so I guess there's a chance they actually own both domains. 🤔

BTW, if the theory that one of them is phishing website came from the same thread, there was a new update from Cantsay. OOP pretty much linked a phishing website using a dodgy letter.

Check both url the one that bet-football and the Op have are different - if you look at the op own it has “ı” which looks like a small case “I” but it’s not dotted - if you check that character to the real “I” it will take you to the real site.

Another difference between “ https://www.orbitexch.com” and “ https://www.orbıtexch.com” is the first one (the real site in bet-football) has the footer below while the one the Op shared (the second one) does not have the footer.

It seems like the Op site was created mainly to steal the login details of those that have created an account in the site already - Please stay away from the OP’s link

IMO, no legit business would make a mirror link using such characters.
