Anything you have to say or want to say should be in the public domain, kindly post your comments here in the open forum. Thank you.

Contact me and I'd be glad to discuss it but I cannot provide legal advice in a public forum.

However if you Google me and "ccTLD .IO"  or "BIOT" you will get some idea.

I still advise users to add you to their IGNORE list and to not give you the time of day but as a one-off here goes:

I had to unIGNORE you just read your post. What is your real plan here? What is your end game?

Jolly old boy, you seem outraged, why?  I am offering a free consultation to scam victims.  For someone who uses a pseudonym  (made up name), you seem very particular.  Also you need to read better, I passed the bar in 1992 and can use Dr. because I hold a PhD from the University of Cincinnati. Do you think only "real lawyers" sit in some stuffy office 60 hours a week while the economy has gone virtual the last 20 years?

Here is a post I made in another betking scam related threads advising members to stay away from you - Dr Jonathon Levy :

Just exactly how the so-called Californian 'baby bar' allows him to use a cheap UK mailing address to pass off as his UK Office thus giving the impression he can practice law with the United Kingdom and has some dort of office where a secretary and a team of lawyers including himself operate from - that is just plain old skulduggery and nothing more than a lie.

This so-called lawyer cannot be trusted therefore everybody is advised to stay away from him no matter what he promises.

I searched his website, why exactly did the "Dr" become part of his name?

Should we raise some funds to help him buy an SSL so his website is considered safe or shall we provide him some links so he can a free Lets Encrypt SSL? Maybe we should hire a coder for him to find and fix the reasons why the SSL connection has failed?

A fake lawyer using a fake London mailing address to show he has an office there. The so-called lawyer is nothing more than a scammer.

It is a lawyer affiliated with Game Protect...

He's actually a real lawyer that went to an unacreddited law school (Taft) but passed the California bar in 1992.  (One of the few states that allow people to even take the bar without going to real law school - you just have to pass the 'baby bar' first.).

Since then he seems to have a very similar MO as game-protect.  The only difference being he is an actual lawyer somewhere and not anonymous.
- Make outrageous claims about how you are going to help victims recover their funds even though wherever the money is is out of your jurisdiction.
- Exaggerate your experience and qualifications.
- Drop links in bitcointalk threads that victims of scams are likely to see.

It seems like his cryptolawoffice.io is his latest scheme since it was registered only a couple months ago.

Updated Date: 2020-04-20T15:47:35Z

There's a long thread about him in a lawyer/law based forum that started in 2009 with the last post in 2018: http://thefogbow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=1207

There's probably some interesting stuff in there but I've haven't had time to do more than skim it.

I would go with the option/possibility it is serial scammer Dean Nolan using one of his many alt-accounts to spread propaganda.

Another alt-account posting in favour of serial scammer Dean Nolan and his betking scam?

I want to buy some BKB tokens, how does it work?
It is either Dean is shilling for himself or someone is trolling, I would go with latter, it really looks like someone purposely created account just to post here to look like Dean did it.

So it's illegal to close a website now?
No, but it is illegal to commit a ICO scam!

I think it is clear that the affiliate links in the OP have little meaning now since serial scammer Dean Nolan has put all his eggs in the Bitsler basket.

Be under no illusions at all, of the 250 accounts that can receive $200 from Bitsler, a large proportion will be going to serial scammer Dean Nolan when he creates enough accounts to apply  Roll Eyes

This serial scammer Dean Nolan even threatened the Telegram group with shutting down and going back to a 9-5 job because claimed he was penniless. He did that after he asked victims for even more money after he stole the $400,000 bankroll and shut the website down.

Hopefully jail time will coming his way very soon one day.

you think it was impossible to spend $2,000,000 on the site from Sep 2017 to Dec 2018?
Of course it's possible to "spend" $2,000,000 on a site that looks 99%  the same as it did years earlier, while barely anyone uses the site. I find it hard to believe you're that bad at your business. Especially since 250 players had only $18,000 in deposits. You don't need $2,000,000 per year to run such a site. But you know that of course.

That is the crux of the argument, everything seems to be going through serial scammer Dean Nolan. How can he still be allowed to tell Bitsler who were and were not victims of his scam? He can make up any number of users that claim $200.

Why is Bitsler trusting a known serial scammer Deab Nolan that stole the ICO funds (and $400,000 bankroll in October 2019) to help distribute $18,000 for victims that he himself created?

So, players will get refund of max $200 per case after using Betking.io's affiliate link to register on Bitsler.. Sounds like a very unethical tactic to earn more money from victims, who in the first place, have already lost a shitload of money because of some "hack" on betking.io.

You (or bitsler, if they agreed to help) should refund these players either way, whether they register using your affiliate link or not.

If I was a victim, I sure as hell would never ever use an affiliate link from the one responsible for making me lose my funds.

I'm not blaming bitsler or whatsoever, it's a creative way for them to get new users and they are even willing to give them (betking victims) a little money.

quick, post again after this so people never see my replies  Grin

It's kinda sad though, how you went from taking $6,000,000 at your ICO

Keep in mind that $1,000,000 of that was money I put into it myself and over $3,000,000 was paid back to BKB holders through buybacks, a number of people actually managed to get all their tokens bought for a profit.

A fact people like to ignore. There's < $2,000,000 that were not bought back, almost all of the money with people I am still in contact with, some who have even told me to just move on and forget about it since they understand what they invested in.

So there you go, $2,000,000, you think it was impossible to spend $2,000,000 on the site from Sep 2017 to Dec 2018? And before you start with where's the $1mm of yours, yes that was spent too. I even spent way more than that after Dec 2018 trying to keep the site going and making money to refund everyone, who do you think paid for everything from Dec 2018 to Oct 2019?

Having someone else pay them back is not what I would call "working" for it.

It takes a lot of work to pitch these ideas and work out deals. I've been working non stop since BK closed in October to make something like this happen, as well as other stuff, some failed some still being worked on.

It doesn't matter what you think about how "sad" it is that I took however long to scrape $18k together.
All that matters is 250 people are going to be paid back, over 200 of them in full and potentially more with other deals that we make.

Simple fact is, I have worked to refund players over $18,000

It's kinda sad though, how you went from taking $6,000,000 at your ICO to scraping for $18,000! That's 0.3% of what you earned not so long ago.
