Same here. I'm "jonsnow" on the site and I withdrew 0.21535000 to 1BcQsqgqrvMcZCsg3oeAXPzPgyWSyqVD19 . The withdrawal is marked as processed, but I didn't receive anything on that address.

The only accounts that have had their withdrawal stopped are the ones belonging to the same person. Don't use the VPN excuse. I have more proof than that across many of your accounts.

The bonus was 1 per user an you tried to scam for many Bitcoin.

But anyway, if you read the replies you'll see that on the first day I didn't have auto withdrawals overnight, while I was sleeping just in case.
Second, any other delays have been because hot wallet was empty as there's been a lot of withdrawals. I've topped it up a few times today.

Check a block explorer for an unconfirmed transaction to the address to which you requested the withdrawal.

I decided to try it out. Claimed the bonus, then deposited 0.1 BTC. Decided to bet 1/100th of my deposit per roll at 2x and busted after just 1038 bets of 0.001 each. Then I deposited for 0.2 BTC and bet 1/100th of that new deposit 981 times until I cleared the bonus.

I ended up with 0.25 BTC in my balance, and have bet 30 times my initial deposit:

>>> 1038*0.001 + 981*0.002
3.0

How do I get the 0.1 deposit bonus? I don't see it in my account.

Edit: the bonus showed up when I made a 1 satoshi bet. So it looks like you just need to wager slightly over 30 times your deposit - or there's a rounding error.

Edit2: I also couldn't withdraw my 0.35 BTC balance until I won an extra satoshi. It seems I can only withdraw 1 satoshi less than I have in my balance. That may be a rounding error too.

That rounding issue is a known one and I hope to fix today. Happens in a few places like you said and on max bet etc. It's always 1 satoshi.
It looked like it wasn't too critical of a problem, being just 1 sat, but didn't want to change it when I was not going to be online as I'd rather test it the fix more before pushing live.
