But you just launched into accusations without giving any evidence, you have to somehow argue your statements about the scam in relation to betnomi, expand the problem you have more specifically, I think after your appeal, the representative of betnomi will also speak out here.

Whether I like it or not, the first thing that comes to my mind when someone, specially a new user around here accuses a gambling platform without proof or without explaining themselves about the problem they are going through, is that the person tried to outsmart the casino during the KYC, bonuses or because a bad luck streak.

Very silly kind of "revenge" if you ask me, just fills the boards with low quality threads. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see if OP updates with some screenshots and emails from Betnomi. Trying not to be biased here yet.

Betnomi is not known for being the best betting platform out there, but it has some reputation and, as far as I know, they do their job. Other members already told you what to do: upload proof, explain yourself better, or write in their thread.

Being unable to accept you document is not enough evidence that betnomi scammed you, take for instance, what if you access the casino with a VPN so verifying your account will become an impossible task since you are accessing the site from a different location and providing your original ID becomes invalid. This is the reason we always advised against the use of VPN to access restricted sites.

its very common in crypto to call scam but documents not verified is not a valid reason to call it a scam. was there funds in your account that you can't wirthdraw? all the more that you need to try sending again your real documents for your KYC.

Says who doesn't read carefully what was the term and what's wrong with your documents. If it has been defaulted early and they explained with you the information why it was rejected then that will resolve and know exactly what's the issue. You don't have to lable them scam just because you have been rejected for the first time nor many times if you aren't the one that abiding on their terms.

if indeed there are no problems from your data and documents, it looks like there is indeed a problem with the casino site that you mean betnomi, as many friends also shared above to report in the fraud board section and make sure to provide strong evidence share some kind of screenshot to prove your accusation is true

I really don't know much about this casino, and that a casino ban you after verifying doesn't make it a scam casino. Because the casino must have a reason for taking every action they do, of which they are in better position to explain more about this.
However, i just made some search on the reviews about this casino on "Trustpilot" and other sites, and to be frankly speaking, I must say the reviews I got weren't that good, as the site was rated 2.9/4, together with some bad complaints aboutt deposit, withdrawer and e.t.c, of which the casino is yet to respond to.
So for me, in other to avoid scam, i will advise people to use popular sport booker we have here on the forum, such as Duelbit, stake and Trustdice.. And have peace of mind

I think you should contact their support as they are a reputable casino,sponsoring many prediction pools here meaning they have enough money to pay you or anyone else despite the amount.What is going wrong from your description is that maybe you have not uploaded documents as per their internal system,also some other sites like Cex.io and others have very strict rules about it,so better contact their support and I am sure your issue will be solved rather than posting here without any valid argument.

You can not just conclude a site is a scam because your document was rejected.

Which likely means you are using an invalid document. Like your name on the document is not correct with the name that you used to register on the gambling site, or you are using a document not mentioned as part of the ones that can be accepted on the gambling site. These are the reasons I know that can lead to automatic rejection. If you know that your document is valid, you can contact their customers care.

But before contacting their customer care, you can try another document. I mean if you use voters card before, you can change it to national ID or driver's license to see if it would work.

I see no reason while someone just wakes up to rubbish the name and reputable of another.
You said you submitted a document and it was rejected, my questions are
1. Did you find out why your documents where rejected?
2. Are you sure of the documents you presented?
After answering this questions then you can go to their ANN thread just as PX-Z suggested.
Most times you might have provided the real document required but maybe you didn't submit it in the required sequence or format and that isn't their fault.
So I think you should provide more proves to what you said, so you can get better assistance from over here. Thanks
