Alternatively, you could create a small "black list" of users banned from future predictions precisely because the have broken the rules (making it public with a reference). That'd make some of these "bots" think twice before posting.

If you make a self moderated topic and if you delete some posts in it, then it will show at the top of the topic
"This is a self-moderated topic. If you do not want to be moderated by the person who started this topic, create a new topic. (X posts by y users deleted.)"

And as you have asked that whether we will be able to see which posts you delete, then we cannot.

So according to me it's better to create an excell spreadsheet and show all the members here publicly about the entries of participants. And leave these illiterate idiot newbies and neg Members as they are. Just ignore there entries. It would be better IMO.
