Kind of new to me to have your own character through your casino.

I like this feature of yours, I might try you soon. How many gamblers you already have playing and building up their own character? I miss those MMORPG games that I used to play and that inventory on https://betonbit.com/character made me missed it a lot more.

Currently we have around 3100 members who are or were involved with our character section in any way.

I also passed the registration only by entering my email and password (no captcha if I remember correctly). The login button actually worked fine for me from the first time. I guess the team is fixing stuff fast enough, so that new people don't face the same difficulties. The website looks pretty nice to me, but I think that it's not the best idea to publish even partially visible emails of users in the leaderboard section. I suggest you to add a nickname field in the registration and make only nicknames public when needed. I also don't understand why in the account settings there are so many fields marked as required that ask about personal information. In case you can allow users not to input this info, please do so. Many gamblers prefer minimum of info and no KYC.
Thank you for your feedback and comments. Our team already fixed captcha login/registration problem, so that should be working fine now. We discussed all your suggestions and decided to adjust the website according to it. We will add nickname as required field in the registration process, and we will move our Leaderboard to nicknames only. Regarding the information in the account settings, we decided to remove *required sign, so everyone can choose to enter or not to enter their information. Personal information will only be required to real money bettors from now on. So people who will bet with crypto will only need email/nickname to enter without personal informations, and people who want to bet with real money will need to fill up their account settings information and get verified first.

While reading you FAQs I have noticed something that caught my attention and I am talking about the withdrawal fee. So once a month you can make a withdrawal without paying any fees but if you want to cash out multiple times during a month you will have to pay 4% of the withdrawal amount. I think this is a problem because most gambling and sportsbook websites do not ask for a withdrawal fee. Yes they ask you to pay the fees for bitcoin /altcoin transaction required by blockchain but that's different from asking 4%. If someone wants to withdraw 1 BTC for example, the fee would be 0.004btc while the network fee is only about 0.0001-0.0005btc(5-10% of withdrawal fee you are asking). I think you should review this and make some changes because some people might avoid your website because of this fee.
Sorry about that, that FAQ was old one and outdated. We are updating our FAQ now. So regarding withdraws, we have this rules:
1. Once a month withdraws are free (no fees) for both real money and cryptocurrency
2. Real money - if you want to withdraw money from your account more then 1 time per month, you will pay that 4% fee
3. Cryptocurrency - if you want to withdraw crypto from your account more then 1 time per month you will only pay gas / transaction costs required by blockchain (NOT 4% fee like with real money)

Thanks for the comment, and hopefully you are satisfied with the answer.

Here are the things being written.

Bitcoin withdraw fee
Once a month, you can withdraw your Bitcoin(s) from our site, without paying a Bitcoin transfer fee. If you want to withdraw Bitcoin(s) twice or more times per month, you will pay Bitcoin transfer fee. Bitcoin transfer fee is a default network fee, which will get transaction into blockchain, within 0-2 blocks

Withdraw fee
Once a month, you can withdraw your money from our site, without paying a withdrawal fee. If you want to cash out twice or more times per month, you will pay 4% of the withdrawal amount.

So these two things are different? It do really need to be clarified.

Yes, this is correct updated info about withdraws.

This might be a factor that will shoo away users from this site. Many of the recent gambling sites are already offering automatic withdrawals with very small fee. There's even lightning network already.  The team should also clarify this 4% of the withdrawal amount. I don't understand the implementation of such high fee where everyone is trying to lower their fees.
Agree with you there. Why charge a fee to be able to withdraw? Where I play they dont charge a fee to withdraw in any of the crypto you use on their site.
True, as we can see most of gambling site nowadays trying to lower their fee as possible to gain attraction on most gambler yet this is much more preferred
or do spark out interest and on this one we do see that questionable 4% fee and we don't know on whats the purpose of this one.

Registration - I don't know if its just me but using their registration don't work on my side, The registration button don't work after filling up email and password and solving the captcha. I only manage to register and login on my account via social login (login via google account).

Registration works fine on my side, I just registered and verified my email address. The problem exist after I verified my email address, the login is not working as the login button does not work. Reloaded the page several times but stays the same.

Personal Information - They are asking for First Name, Last Name, Address as a mandatory information upon login in.

It is the first betting site i see with this concept and it looks just amazing because it combines gaming industry with betting. I personally love gaming and i am betting very often so this is great. I have checked your sportsbook and it seems you have just enough betting options available but it would be a good idea to add some options on corners and yellow/red cards, maybe also on the scorers.Anyway , for a brand new betting site i think this very good.

Thanks for the kind words. Smiley We've worked very hard, in order to achieve this betting-gaming fusion. Smiley

We'll definitely add more betting options! Stay tuned.

Nice to see more gambling sites also offering sports betting and gambling at the same time the only problem with your site is it just accommodate only one language which English and doesn't accept deposits in other cryptocurrency such as bitcoin or ethereum which is a very important features in any online gaming businesses.

Thank you. Smiley We shall add more languages. However, please note, that we DO support BTC, BTC Cash and ETH. Smiley

I love e-betting, so I decided to write a small review about your site.
First of all I want to say that the interface looks friendly, but I would make a little more font size.

Thanks, we will consider it. Smiley

The second thing that confused me is that there is no choice of language, only English is present.

More languages to come! Smiley

The third thing - having live support would be a big advantage.

Kindly note, that we do have a live chat (lower right corner of our page), where you can directly communicate with us. Smiley Edit: If you were referring to our live betting support, we are working on implementing this feature.

Fourthly, it is not entirely clear about the various bonuses that can be obtained for equipment, I tried to find information about them in the FAQ, but did not see. I may have been looking badly for information.

More info on how it all works can be found on BetOnBit video tutorials page. Smiley https://help.betonbit.com/video-tutorials

Now I want to talk about the pluses:
- Really large selection of sporting events (not only e-sports, but also the usual one). However, I would like to see more cyber disciplines, for example heartstone and pubg.

More e-sport and classical sport games to come! Smiley

- Many ways to deposit. It is good that for the deposit of cryptocurrencies do not need to pass KYC. The KYC procedure itself looks quite simple, only a ID photo is needed, no selfie with passport or video verification.
- Welcome bonus of 50 play money, which can then be exchanged for gold.
- As I understand it, once a month, money can be withdrawn completely without a fee, this is also an additional plus.

Hi Folks, Smiley

Thanks for all the feedback. We really appreciate it. Smiley

To address some of your comments/questions (our comments/answers are marked in red):

Upon checking the website, It offers a different feel and aura while browsing through different pages. As a PC gamer since my childhood specially MOBA games this site will strike your heart out and it will make you feel at home.

Thanks, that is what we've aimed for. Smiley

Registration - I don't know if its just me but using their registration don't work on my side, The registration button don't work after filling up email and password and solving the captcha. I only manage to register and login on my account via social login (login via google account).

Thanks, this issue should be resolved now. Smiley

Personal Information - They are asking for First Name, Last Name, Address as a mandatory information upon login in.

Platform Overview - They offer Traditional Sports betting as well as Esports betting from the different top MOBA games like Dota2, LoL, CSGo and Starcraft to name a few.

They have some character page which is a unique feature of their platform, In the character page you can build your own character using gold that can be bought from the site, You can craft your own Items or buy in the auction house, I have yet to try how this works since it probably a paid features.

Kindly note, that you can start building up your character now, using your play money, it is not a paid feature. Smiley

Bonus - Who else love's bonus? They have daily login bonus. Upon successful login a pop op page will show and you click on 1 of the boxes to receive today's rewards. I manage to get 2.00 BOB which i am yet to find out the uses of the currency.

More info on how it all works can be found on BetOnBit video tutorials page. Smiley https://help.betonbit.com/video-tutorials
