Here you can clearly see that bets CALC.TIME (returnal) happened within 30-60 mins of bets creation and 3+ Hours before event start time.
Here's screenshot of mail which were sent at the same time as returnals:
You can also clearly see by time of mail sending and text that returns happened 3 hours before match start and you were absolutely free to post the same bets for the event.
And here's also your withdrawal request payed without any issues near the same time yesterday:
We think this proofs can show that we're transparent and open with the community and weren't making any wrongdoings to the user

Hello, there were tech issue present, few bets were returned within an hour of placement and 3 hours before start of the event with previous email notifications and apologies for inconvinience. Problem were already fixed and this event is still available for bet placement without the issues

I do not believe that in contrast, basketball is overshadowing other sports where Filipinos are good and famous at. Most probably it is just because of the perspective that you currently at that's why you're having that opinion. Me too ofcourse. But I do think that sports are not not dependent on other sports. That's interesting, and is football popular in your country?
