The reason we are using ProtonMail is to reduce the cyberattack surface since gambling sites are mostly targeted by criminals. We know ProtonMail is the most secure solution for e-mails, It's why we are using and will always use it.

What does that have to do with an attack? If criminals want to attack you, they will launch a DDOS attack. I don't see how using a protonmail address prevents that.
But more importantly, a proton mail address does not convey any professionalism. And that is very important for customers.
By the way, why don't you have a gambling license? Where is your company located that operates this website?
