I think my country is not allowed to play on the Betspider but I'm curious which countries are allowed and not allowed can someone post it here and since the terms and condition is not available if your ip is blocked can anyone tell me if using VPN is allowed or not?
Disallowing of using VPN isn't mentioned on their terms so you can use it (I guess) but be aware that if the website required you to verify your identity while your country isn't allowed (I suppose) then that's a big problem for you considering you're going to withdraw funds and kyc is required (probably) on the platform.
I beg to differ.
Just because it wasn't mentioned in their ToS doesn't mean it' ok to use a VPN either. The logical answer is: use it only if you are fron a non restricted country and you are OK with verifying your account when asked to do so (using VPNs can be seen as suspecious activity). If you are from a restricted country, don't use it.

If they are going to allow users from restricted countries to use VPNs to bypass geo-blocking then why do they added this restriction in first place!

Welcome to the forum, it's great to see that you have listed most of the popular games e.g dive and slot on your website, but am concerned about your wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions.

^ It is better to clarify this to the team if someone had played now in this casino can confirm regarding that matter to save those people who want to bypass from accessing the casino since they won't able to access the site. But since they don't ask KYC probably it is really true that using VPN is allowed in this casino. Using VPN I don't have a negative effect to the casino, in fact, it will boost to have a huge number of gamblers come if this is open to anyone and no one country has been restricted.

But for players who want to use this site, better read their Terms regarding opening an account. Because it seems, they may ask your KYC anytime they deem necessary and you should be ready for that. They have telegram channel also - https://t.me/s/bs_channel_official, so anyone can also check their updates on this channel.

My country is restricted in a lot of other casinos like Sportsbet,Bet365,Nitrogen,Bitcasino and quite some others which I have played at all of them with VPN and as long as you use always the same IP from the same country (option from Premium VPN-s providers) there have been no problems for me.

However when I registered there in Betspider to get my referral link for the signature,I saw no restriction and it was allowed. It looks like they are new and most possibly they are looking for a long term signature campaign here depending how these two first weeks go to get great exposure.I am confident they will add other form of cryptocurrencies,it is that they are just new now, with time they will listen to people requests here and different payment options will be added.

I can not find information about VPN in Terms and conditions. You can wait for replies from BetSpider team here.

If they don't allow VPN, if you use it, you break ToS and can be considered as suspicious activities and your account will be investigated further. Don't break ToS and put yourself into troubles.
As long it wasn't mentioned then it would considered to be safe most of the time but it isn't really bad to ask out for some clarifications if you are really in doubt because theres no harm on asking.

When a gambling site do make out some restriction them most of the time they would really be impose IP bans which means you wont really able to access the site if you do tend to surf

but on the time you do tend to bypass then you do know the corresponding risk.

For those asking more activity from the official support, the OP is last active a week ago. Keep those feedback coming because they are probably reading as guests.

About the crypto, yeah I agree that they should add more. They probably started off with TRX and EOS because of the complains on transaction fees on other popular coins like BTC and ETH.

Anyway, try out their games. Their big wheel was quite fun to play and it was probably one of the best designed wheel out there.

The KYC verification is also the same with most crypto gambling platforms that they might ask for information if they find it necessary as part of anti-money laundering and anti-fraud measures. Such requirement is not mentioned in their profit sharing terms and conditions (stake & dividend / join banker).
As part of anti-money laundering, if you use mixers or Coin Join transactions, your deposits and account can be under investigation.
but mostly this is depend on How big the value of your funds , because small time trader/gambler usually does not being investigated instead the law mostly targeting those big fishes (though this is just my observations )

Gambling site can require KYC in another case if they smell like you cheat their casino. Won big with cheats and try to withdraw your fund. If after investigation, you are identified as cheater, you can not withdraw your fund.
actually KYC is really required supposedly in all casino houses/sites because this is required also by the government but depend on the strictness of such governments .

It will be good to add another cryptocurrency that gamblers can deposit and used to gamble. I also like the idea where gamblers can try the investment option the same as yolodice back then. You should buy copper membership as suggested so you can post images for your thread for better ann thread. Welcome to bitcointalk forum.
Adding the other cryptocurrency in the gambling site will be necessary as that can give more options for gamblers to deposit their favourite coins and not just use btc, ltc or eth.
If many members suggest having the investment option, that will be good for them as I think many of us will have the interest to try the investment side as that can be additional income to the gamblers, especially if they can win much profit.
We can give them more time to evaluate the suggestion from us so they can implement all of the suggestions to their site for growing their business and reach more members.
Hopefully, they still working hard to add more cryptocurrency and add more features to their site since the site is a new gambling site here.

Betspider needs to be more active on this thread in order to clarify important inquiries like the ones above and give themselves some credibility to attract more users. An interactive and fast support is very important for a new casino to rise among so many consolidated ones we already have in crypto gambling industry. I hope you can come here soon and clear up these doubts.

I hope betspider is not expecting a lot of traffic here owed to their sig campaign.
They need to work simultaneously like engaging more in their community, to get the results that they want.
It takes a lot of work and effort to achieve a consistent level of interest from the gamblers.
Also, for one, they can already purchase copper membership to improve their ANN thread.
And maybe, if the OP is busy with other things, assign at least one staff to overlook this thread and their other social media channels.

"When there is no activity (i.e. making a bet, a deposit, a withdrawal or any others), your account will become an inactive account."

I think this should be revised or add some details. Are inactive accounts will be permanently suspended? For how long before it will be tagged as inactive account?

What if there's a current active investment but the account wasn't logged in for let's say 1-2 years? Just like in my just-dice account, not logged for about 2-3 years I think but I still got my account logged in without a problem and my stake Clams are still there.

💰 Investments 💰 : Share casino profits with house forever once wagering!

Buy BetSpider Stock! 🔥 Average Monthly 3% Profit Rate after launching!! 📈

they say "once waggering "  .
i guess you need to place bets and play before you join that feature but i think your allowed in the other investment option without the need of gambling because theres no waggering word written in it .

Has anyone tried mining some SP's? I earned 0.0363 SP from spinning $2 worth of TRX on Jazzy Christmas. Though still small, I already staked it for the sake of testing. In case you want to try, there mining rate is 40% higher than the next round. There are still 995,265 SP to be mined as of this posting.

I myself haven’t checked the site thoroughly.
But from the user’s comments here i can guess that the site isn’t operating the actions with BTC.
If it is so, then the site has to be moved to the altcoins section.
This section only belongs to the sites that accept Bitcoins.
Admin if possible then do the necessary changes and move the thread to proper place.

Are you certain about that? I don't remember seeing something like that in the list of forum rules and guidelines. I think this applies to the Services section only and not to the gambling section.
But perhaps I am wrong, maybe it has something to do with the "all altcoin discussions..." rule.

There was a discussion about this before and some member suggest that if there's no BTC involve in the transaction on the casino this should be move on altcoin section, but in my own opinion since this is still gambling its ok for this thread to stay on this section.

But if the rules said about that I don't know if there's implemented something like that then it must be followed and should be move to the proper board where it belongs.

I was interested with the investment option and I see that there's two option EOS an TRX, I would like to know where I can see the ROI and something like that and also do investors need to pass KYC in order to be an investor on your website?

Join Banker

It is one of the methods we are using to share our profit with our users.
This is to provide an opportunity for our users to be a part of the house by investing your native tokens (i.e. EOS, TRX, etc.) to the pool.
Therefore you can get a slice of profit we make, but this, unlike stake and dividend model in Article 19.3, can result in a total loss when the house loses.
The distribution of profits, or losses, occur every round.
When the profit is made, it will be accumulated to your Banker stake.
When you decide to quit this system, you can select 'Quit Banker" at any time. This will automatically remove the amount and credited it back to your Account.

When it comes to the ROI, they have a chart for EOS and TRX pools. Check it out https://betspider.io/join-banker#
