Hey there, this is gfk, a member of the BetSwirl team! We were pleasantly surprised when a community member pointed out this thread discussing our project. We would be thrilled to officially represent BetSwirl on this forum and address any questions you may have. However, we're unsure about the guidelines for official representation. Reminder: you can create whatever amount of Ethereum/EVM wallets you want. You can simply transfer some of your funds to a burner wallet, and try gambling using that wallet. They use Polygon/Avalanche/BNB/Arbitrum anyway — fees are very cheap.

If BetSwirl operates smoothly and provides a user-friendly experience, its use case and popularity could indeed increase. However, it's essential to consider other factors, such as security, fairness, and the platform's ability to adapt to changes in the crypto landscape. Suggestion of having an official thread for discussing bugs and improvements is a great idea, as it would allow the team to engage with the community and continuously improve the platform. I conclude is  BetSwirl has the potential to become a popular non-custodial betting platform, but its success will depend on how well it addresses user needs and stays ahead of the competition.

Usually a scam site won't make an effort to make a good web design because they will just throw away this site later on but I am not saying that this site here or those who have a good web design are now legit. Scams can still happen on them sometimes. The idea is for the people to get attracted. The tagline of the casino says "Web3".

I think it's normal that a web3 site will ask for their user to connect their wallet first before they can gain access to it. If we still have doubts we can follow the advice that you gave there. If the casino seems fine. We shouldn't be confident easily but continue playing using small amounts on a dummy wallet. A couple of months or even a year, must be enough to have a full conclusion if the casino is safe or not.

As a human on this space, Securing your funds should be of utmost priority because we all know how porous this space is. Anything can happen even  when you have not given access to any third party your wallet, there is still breach of wallet security not to talk of when you have connected your wallet directly and given a third party application to access your wallet with your permission to go ahead with actions so why would they not empty your funds there.

In this kind of situation separation of wallet is absolutely the best. Use a new wallet with little funds not too much to worry about then connect if you are prepared to face the reality when it dawns on you. Be careful  while engaging with this casino as no one has given any feedback of their experience yet.

that's the dilemma of most, connecting their wallet to this kind of casino or bookie, even if it is noncustodial one. we don't know the backdoor or whatever they have to possibly siphon funds from your wallet. better be cautious rather than be sorry later on. so yeah, if you want to try this site, create a new wallet and just put small amount into it. you don't need to connect your main wallet with funds in it.
just like with other web3 sites, we don't know exactly what they are playing here. scammers are everywhere so for me it is understandable to secure your funds first.

Your precautionary measures seems alright mate same I would advise anyone daring enough to try the casino.  On a normal stands, it is not advisable to connect wallet to website you have no clues about. It is very dangerous to try or do it because if anything dare happens, all your assets and funds are all gone so one needs to be extremely careful when involved in such activities or situations as not to make a very big mistake.

Just as you have said, creating a fresh new wallet should be the option if you must try such site as it cannot be trusted to funding it with assets of great importance and value otherwise you stand the chance of lossing it to scammers.

This is a no-go zone. I do like the web design and even plan on testing the site but when I saw that I had to connect my wallet to the site before I can start using it I had to pause.

But if I'm ever to use the site I'd have to create a new wallet and fund it with a little amount to check if the site is a scam or not (although just a single test won't prove the genuinity of the site), the wallet creation is just a precaution.

That's a quick and convenient way to have a transaction. It's almost like p2p.


Just be very careful of the information you are giving out on the website. Because it's not only your funds at risk, it is also your identity or personal information that you give in order to participate. Security really is what most customers and players value. Players would rather play on a more secured and reputable casino than newer ones.

Decentralized gambling is really nice but the shortcoming is that players tend to pay the transaction fee for every bet made if I am not mistaken.  Since the transaction of each bet is directly connected to the wallet, I believe in a long session of playing we might spend a handful amount for transactions fee or gas fees.  Well, I think that is the cost players have to pay in order to have a non-KYC decentralized gambling platform.  Anyway, @OP thanks for sharing another decentralized gambling platform I am sure this will become popular to those who seek not KYC in their gamblin activities.

But it seems that they are using another way of marketing not using this forum and it seems that there are also many active gamblers playing there, but actually it would also be better to promote it in this forum because many crypto communities are also gamblers in this forum at least they can get active gamblers and traffic from this forum .

I think their team doesn't know this forum so they don't make promotions on this forum by creating threads or signature campaigns like other casinos, but maybe this thread can also attract enthusiasts to play even though it's not an official thread from them.

Looks like they should do more development work if they want to promote their site straight away on this bitcointalk forum as we can understand what the OP said that they only have four games available which are Dice, CoinToss, Roulette and Russian Roulette.
If under these circumstances they enter a forum with representatives and promote the site then very few gamblers will be interested, moreover in this forum there are many gambling sites that may be much better so it will be difficult for them to adapt and have a community here before further development both in games and other parts.

OP, it is nice having you introduced this casino here. From the looks, I noticed this is likely the first appearance of this casino here and I  was wondering if you have had any experience with the casino before since you introduced it here for our use. Show us proof if you have used it and if not,  would it not be fine you try it and give us a feedback as you introduced it here to us.

You put up a disclaimer dissociating yourself from the casino as a team member or affiliate but you brought the awareness of the casino here. Would it not be nice you call the attention of the casino to this platform so they could come identify with members here and possibly tap into the publicity this platform creates.

Nevertheless, since you are not in any ways affiliated to the casino which means you can not answer any questions on their behalf and from the looks, there are questions that needs some clarification from the casino and it would be nice you calling their attention here if possible let them  make you their representative so you could go ahead and stand for them or they come create an account here and get things sorted out because no one would want to take such risk when it is clearly written on the walls.
I would advise you do the needful so as to avoid unnecessary situations and occurrences.

I'm also skeptical on same like this where we need to connect our wallet to the platform directly. To many scam exist and will not trust new platform  unless someone tried then give a feedback that they are legit and doing that is safe. For now will stick to casino which use email for log in since for me this is more safer since using dummy mail for log in cannot harm us since they cannot take anything from that.

It seems like a nice platform but why their own representative is not posting it in our forum? It should be a great thing if someone that is linked with the site posts it here and might create their own signature campaign to get more attention. The benefits of running their own campaign will be useful as they might get many new users with those promotions.

Have you played at this casino yourself? I am asking because if this is a new casino i would be hesitant to connect my wallet to that site as there are a lot of scams where your coins are lost if you connect your wallet with scam sites.


Since its a gambling site, it should fit in the gambling section. Do we have the rule that in order for the Gambling site to be listed in the gambling section, it should support the bitcoin payment method ?

If it will work smoothly than its use case will increase and people will get in to. It sounds good. I don't say anything at this time about this casino I will update when I will use.
