Yes, RBIES will be converted to the new tokens and the RBIES received will be destroyed (I think this is the proper term, this is Bjorn's department). Also, given the current price of RBIES and the amount of RBIES we'll be receiving from stakeholders, dumping them would drive the price to zero and destroy the coin (and probably the associated tokens as well) and that is most certainly not our intent.
Sorry for your raffle problems; for some reason the site has been acting up latey; we'll get it fixed.
