The Plinko is quite laggy and sometimes when I use the bot for continuous bets, it just skips many bets and does not show the full round of balls dropping down the number line. Please fix this ASAP!
In case of horse bets can I change my horse which was chosen before starting the race? And how can I verify the hash of each bets made for horse racing?

Glad to hear it, it was a tricky situation re-merging old user_id's this was not something we anticipated changing from Moneypot (it was part of security after the sale) so took a bit longer than expected. Affiliates payments should be back on track soon.

They are preparing to launch a new thread and will allow for questions and announcements when that is done, this is what they told us after some of our talks.
I have confirmed from our devs that the new bonus should be ready around Jan. 30th this gives everyone time to get some BTC wagered to take part in this exciting large addition to BetterBets. It takes very little wagering to hit 1 BTC wagered and will secure your account to be eligible for this from day 1. Afterwards you will still be able to earn but this period of time gives players an advantage to immediately be credited.

Please don't make false assumptions. We're very, very active. We've had around 20+h of meetings with MP app owners just over the past 4-5 days.
We closed that thread because it was derailed. We're creating a formal MP announcement, which will be a lot more detailed than any of the previous ones (and will, for example, be helping promote various apps on the platform).

Yes, but there is a big difference as this bonus will accrue for players after every 1 btc in wagered volume. If you wish to accumulate it and wait then that is entirely up to you, but unlike the old policy it will be instantly available.

All account seem normal this fix work.
Your account wagered volume and bets should reflect correctly now as well. Moneypot had all player stats reset but when the new feature launches in a few weeks we have records of the past wagered data to correctly credit player accounts (on BetterBets). Please make sure to check your affiliate links and use the one that is now on your account tab in BetterBets.io
For every 1 BTC of volume you make now, you'll be paid for this retroactively under the new bonus structure after launch. Additionally every 1 BTC in wagered will also earn more after launch. We think everyone is really going to enjoy this new feature and can't wait to show players.

We are applying a fix (hopefully today) that should resolve the user_id issue that arose after MP was sold. This should in turn resolve the displacement of affiliates as well thank you for your patience and playing at our casino.
Make sure to save your accounts at BetterBets especially if you have wagered over 1 BTC by the end of this month so you can reap the rewards of this new system we are launching.

Fix applied and everything seems to be working well. We're running a large DB update which seems to pretty dramatically impact our site performance, but we should be back to normal in less than 30 min. It should (in theory) be smooth sailing once that is done.
