Are you doing this intense gambling experience by betting significant amount of your bankroll? This is insane but worth it if you are a thrill seeker for entertainment.

And there's the most important highlighted note. Do this thing only if you're seeking thrill and entertainment. That is why you as a participant in gambling on any bet must have first a very specific goal. What is it you are aiming for? Are you there just for fun? Are you there to make money? Are you there to make a living? Are you there to approach it like a business thinking in probabilities?

Because if you just want entertainment then it's reasonable to be a degenerate with your money. But if you are there to make money aiming to have at least a consistent profit, then you must be aware of respecting the risk.

I'm always betting significant amount when I'm in the losing streak, Let's say only 30% left from my original bankroll after playing 1hr to 4hrs of non-stop Blackjack.

I always bet all-in which is my remaining bankroll that is significant amount for me on a 25% win chance rate bet on dice game. My heart palpitates during this bet and I really love the intense feeling. Most of the time I lose on this but it's really worth it if I win since I recover my original bankroll plus sweet profit of 20% of my bankroll.

I'm always doing this whenever I'm down after long gambling session just to finish with a big bang of surprise. When I lose at least I experience the thrill same with win since I have profit.

uhh... this is too reckless and careless for some gamblers, including me, to do and I always try to avoid this because it is too risky for me to do. And I also realized that I was gambling not just this time, but in the following weeks I always wanted to gamble and gamble, so if I went all-in in one game I was very worried if the money wouldn't come back because again I only to get defeated
So in the end I became confused about gambling in the following weeks because I ran out of capital to gamble.
So it's a good idea when we experience consecutive losses, what we have to do is withdraw from gambling as soon as possible, before something worse happens to us, namely even bigger losses in gambling.

I wouldn't recommend playing with your health when gambling.Of course we get excited when we expect to win and we like that, but we still need to take care of our health. You said that you take a higher risk to compensate if you can afford to lose a certain amount, but that doesn't always work. This can be more of a problem if you are often down on your luck.
I was not betting a significant amount of my money, I always tried to play with what I could afford to risk and when I lost I would use the rest of my money more sensibly by betting.

No, you are not guilty in this matter. It's your money, and you can use it to gamble, whether you bet with small or large bets. And you can make big bets as long as you can accept the risks, and it won't make you regret it. And if you lose, you have to leave immediately and don't let it make you curious about your loss and deposit another amount of money to recover your previous loss. You have done the right thing by depositing an amount of money that you can afford to lose. So it's okay if you bet all in. Just enjoy gambling and feel the fun Grin
That is it, but gamblers should use the amount of money that they can afford to lose. Example is if I am earning $500 every week, I can use 5% to gamble. If I start gambling with $25 all day long and the balance remain $6.25. I may decide to put the remaining 30% which is $6.25 on gambling at once if I gamble just once in a week during weekend. As long as I do not go against my weekly gambling budget, I do not even care if I lose all the weekly gambling budget.

Winning while gambling is not by the rate of the amount of money we decided to use for betting, most of these gambling games comes with how skillful we are and lucky, in doing this, we must be rest assured that the amount we are using to gamble with is the amount of money we can afford to loose, some can afford using a reasonable about of money to bet and on thesame view loose the whole money on gambling because they realized the risk involved and knew they already have a backup to support their financial loss recovery.
Amount on betting is important, it's advisable we gamble within our means. The system is volatile; it might be predictable, but it may additionally function against us as well. We're simply common gamblers attempting to profit from the system; it doesn't make us enthusiastic but rather frantic about sustaining our winnings; we must understand the basics of gambling for the purpose to prevent liquidating our accounts. Winning is the goal; it is evidence that we are getting something from the system. Gambling can be traded with luck because it is one of the significant traits that causes profits.

You’ve already said it; you often use this scheme and most of the time you are losing. On my end I believe it is not a good thing to do so; would your rather lose everything for that day or atleast have remains of your money for this day to be used on the next day? I get the idea that we’re driven but having such mindset will just put you in worse situation. You’d be easily be frustrated and too used of betting all you have just for the chance of earning an amount which won’t get back what you have lost. It would be a cycle afterwards that you’d be fine losing all your money for that day. Much better is to set limits for yourself and even set an amount or percentage of your daily gambling money to decide whether it is just a bad day or just unlucky of the game itself. Self restriction is a virtue that not all of us possess. It will always be better to be preventive than to just engage and risk everything. We are just being frustrated in such way and it won’t put us in a better place for sure.

I'm guilty on this. But I'm not ashamed since I'm not regularly doing this. It's very rare for me to experience consecutive losses without a win that will deplete my bankroll to this level so I always cherish this opportunity to have this intense gambling experience. I'm gambling to kill boredom aside from profit which is why I sometimes do this without thinking about my bankroll because I only deposit what I can afford to lose.

I didn't mention that this is some sort of strategy. This thread is simply just sharing an experience on this kind of scenario. I'm not actually asking if this experience is good or bad but rather I'm interested to know if other person do this crazy move.  Cheesy

Almost every gambler has experienced this feeling because at one point every gambler has gone all in and lost.
Even I have done the same and not once but many times. I gamble and keep losing and at point I go all in.
I don't care about the results after this bet and quit the game no matter I lose or win.
Although I had lost most of the times but I did win few times and still chose to take profit and quit.

So do I, there is a feeling of anxiety when you are playing for hours and you still want to know if you are going to lose it all or if you have a chance to win, one of my biggest wins comes from this scenario, after playing for two hours I just want to know if I will lose everything or make a profit because I sometimes don't want to remain in my bankroll especially at the end of the weekend when I have work tomorrow.

I agree there's a lot of thrill and excitement in doing this kind of thing it's like challenging yourself if you're going to have it or not, but too much of this can lead you to addiction.

I think a lot of us have done this in the past, and this is a natural response, our logic tell us 'If you have lost on a long streak the win should be close'. It is like a variant of the martingale, and a classic rule, make your bet high to recover the losses.

And there is another variant of this, and the variant is to chase a bigger multiplier, i know this doesn't apply for BJ but on dice it works fine, let's say you are chasing a x10, and after a losing streak you start chasing now the x20 with the same amount. Sometimes it works.

Yes, I think we all have come on this point especially if we are fond of thrills and excitements. Maybe this is also because we are used to doing the same bets and the same strategy all the time, and at some point we want something different and we attempt on betting significant amounts. Of course, when you are doing things repetitively we end up getting bored, and by betting a huge amount can spark that excitement again. But of course, we have to understand that by doing this, you are in a high risk situation. It's either you end up losing a great amount of money, or you gain double. Still, this is not advisable for everyone especially if you're a type of person who regrets easily.

What I see here is that you are a very good business for casinos. You are driven by emotions and not by rational thought. The fact that you might get it right once in a while doesn't mean that this "strategy" only accelerates your losses in the long run.

Are you doing this intense gambling experience by betting significant amount of your bankroll? This is insane but worth it if you are a thrill seeker for entertainment.

Of course not. What I do is try to control my emotions as much as possible and make decisions as rationally as possible. Also playing an EV+ game, instead of EV- games.

For someone who considers gambling a source of fun or some entertainment, things like these are definitely worth it because you will feel like riding on a lot of mixed emotions and the thrill is absolutely out of this world. You make large bets to try your luck, you might even try very high multipliers on the dice with a small amount just to try and hit it at least once and when you do so, that's another feeling, and this is exactly what I try the most when I'm gambling.

That being said, these things wouldn't be fun for someone who is only looking for profit and doesn't really care about the thrill or the fun it has, because a person who is looking for profits might feel sad instead of feeling the thrill after that last bet where you go all-in and hope for a win. If you are playing for fun and you lose, that doesn't change a lot of things and you still feel good, but if it's done for profit, the loss might put you through a lot of emotions.

If you seek out to satisfy your thrills, it's always satisfying to go all in the remaining bankroll in one bet max out. The win will be satisfying especially when it's the last one after the losing streak when you apply the martingale. Yep, I have done this and sometimes regret comes after losing it all.

I couldn't remember how many times I tried this but it always lost it all. Sometimes I win but the next few hours, the house takes it all back.
I am also doing the same thing, betting all in with my remaining bankroll but most of the time, I end up not being satisfied because I terribly used up all of its remaining amount. However, probably once or twice, I end up winning a huge bet but since greed is always present in a gambler, all my profits have gotten back to the house. This has always happened to me, but until now I’m still not learning from it and still continue to bet all in.

I am willing to bet a large amount if I have speculated that I can wins the bet, for example what I am playing is a soccer bet, just looking at the statistical data and knowing the quality of the team we are betting on is enough to have a chance of winning the bet so I dare to bet. in large quantities. I am someone who is careful in spending money so I don't gamble large amounts carelessly because this is related to the finances I have because I really don't want it if I play in large quantities but does not produce results
Staking with hugh amount can only be advised when one is 100% confident on the game and his prediction. Gambling is clearly not for those struggling with finance because they will always end up been gambling addicts which will tremble horribly on their accounts. Betting is risky, one can provide opinions relating to games, perhaps the end results is always different. We gamble what we can afford to lose and possibly not what we make us lose everything within the twinkle of an eye. We gamble to earn extra changes and not relying on the system to earn streaming income, it's not acceptable because there's presence of losses and winnings.

You said that most of the time you lose this aggressive gameplay but you win few times and recover your losses. I want to ask what is your overall experience. Are you able to recover all your losses from the few wins or do you still remain in loss even after winning a significant betting amount?

The formula which you have told is mainly for those who have extra money and losing the money through aggressive betting does not matter then much. Most of the gamblers may take such a risk but if they lose, it really becomes hard for them to try this again and again.

His overall experience as said was about the thrills he felt with the last money. It would have been great if we win every time we go all in. He more likely didn't put all his hopes on his last bet but he felt intense and accepted fate whichever the result.

I also felt the same when I lost my $100 capital in a dice game and then when it's all just $10 left, I went all in bet the $10, rollover, and slid the multiplier to 90. This is to see if it's really a bad luck day.

I think everyone would have the same tendencies. As we become more desperate about our loss, we tend to be willing to take more risks and without our regular or any strategies. For example, going all in on any cards you held in poker. And we are so much desperate about getting everything back that we don't even stop when we get back 90% of our loss. By doing so, we significantly decrease our odds. The sense of thrilling would be a good one if you are able to retain our loss and probably win more but it would feel a useless effort when we lose it all.
By the amount we lose in a few moment, we could have played with that amount for days. I have done such reckless bets a few times and I regret it.

I don't chase the sensation of a big win (jackpot) by betting bigger, but I often bet with small bets for the same sensation. So far I don't think I'm a greedy gambler on a budget, so I have to be quite realistic about those desires rather than spoil the overall fun.

Given a very limited budget, I don't think betting large amounts is what I would do. I agree big wins are the hope of all gamblers, but I don't think it's a good idea to throw it all in in one fell swoop without considering the risk of losing. Small bets for the same desires tend to make more sense to me, but feel free to do so if you have a bigger budget.
