Download the setup again, but still failed, I tried my 2 laptops, one is win8, the other is win7, both failed on installation.

Sun - we're looking in to your account. Seems like there was an error. You shouldn't even have got the bonus in first place because the bonus was for users on BetVIPpoker app with the in-app deposit address and not the BetVIP sportsbook - so please be patient while we confirm everything...it is free money after all

Made a withdrawl will update how it goes. Also when you go to paste your addy in the withdrawal page you cant right click and paste.

i love the software. but i noticed while i was playing cash game, i cant seem to add chips while playing with another playing.
i sat down with 2chips at 0.01/0.02 and it went down to aroung 1.30 and i tried adding chips while we are still playing to make it to 2 chips but i cant seem to do it. but when my opponent leaves and im alon in the table, i managed to add more chips to make it 2 chips.
can please check it out? like the auto top-up chips feature? it would be nice to have it.

Click 'Sit out' for one hand and then right-click on your avatar. The option is called 'Get Money Out of Your Account...' - you will then be able to top-up while seated.I'll ask our developers to look into the automated feature,
