can you please help me, i have un-install, re-install; even downloaded a new installer countless of times.
but still i always get the error "Server detected an internal error, Please notify administrator".
i can log in and play from time to time, but it's been showing up for the past 5days maybe even more. it's annoying.
i have been sitted out of the tournament couple of times because of this and it really frustrates me.
can you please look at it and see what is wrong. i cant play properly. and it's so annoying!

I have the same problem, someone told me to reinstall the software
at first it was fine, but when I disconnected because my unstable connection..I could not reconnect..I close and re-open the software but get the same message "server detected bla bla bla...."
I posted about this issue before here is betvip's answer about it,
but I dont sit out while I was playing on the game, so this is actually a wrong answer IMO betvip doesnt know about this error too
So i was in the freerolls for the previous day and when there were 5 players left in the whole round, I am disconnected and when I tried to login, this shows up
Server detected an internal error, please notify administrator
this last for about 10+ minutes and when I was able to login back, the game was finished and I got the 3rd rank, no harm done since it is a free rolls, but I was leading with my chips, could get the 1st rank . Anyway i am just notifying you this issue

We tried to implement a kick out rule to stop players from sitting out. We have since removed it, sorry about that.

If you guys are still having that trouble , try to connect with a different IP, dont know why but it works for me and I never had that kind of issue again
