overall I think their website looks good and the color combination is fine. although, there is one image on their image slider that is a bright red which does hurt my eye and ruins the overall look of the website for me every time it shows but other than that everything looks fine.

I think you guys should learn something from the Brick n Mortar casinos, because they found the secret sauce to setting the correct ambient environment to get people to gamble longer.

My first look at your casino was not very good, because the bright colors were hard on the eyes. If you notice what brick n mortar casinos are doing, then you will see that they use slightly dimmed lightning to set the correct environment. These bright colors are irritating and for that reason, people might stay a little less, because the environment is to over powering.

i guess, better abide their rules regarding the creation of betzus account under their account rules. if you don't want to encounter any hiccup upon withdrawal, they are requiring you to provide the following details-
it means, you need to put your real info so they don't have reasons to freeze your account once they start asking some proofs. in this case, you just hope that your private details won't be disclosed to any other site or won't be hacked.

Nice to here all the feedbacks from your ops, but in all your responses you have not answered the question as regards to KYC on withdrawals or deposits, do you have any limit set on KYC demands or your casino is KYC-free, since you licensed I believe you will be KYC compliance so at that you need to make some clarifications regarding your KYC policy so other members of the forum could get clarification on that and to avoid any possible future confusion.

Guys if there is a site operating with curacao license and accepts players from one of those countries that we have restricted , THEY ARE ILLEGAL! it is very bad firstly for player , because player can easily lost his deposits and even whole account... we have seen cases were very well known casinos are begged by users to refund their money...

Update is that betzus does not have a right not to give winnings the players which are from restricted 🚫 countries, for example if someone used vpn and and played from U.S claimed bonus and won couple of thousands , betzus must pay the winnings to the player and after that betzus has right to make legal moves. (By the way we already had multiple kind of this situations)

In my opinion any casino which blocks the player coz of travelling in the restricted country for its license jurisdiction is a scam.

this is a good move as long as you also put this in your TOS to avoid people reading here who can do this and one day come to complain here on the forum that they created an account in your casino, played and traveled to a restricted country and were blocked because they were using VPN, and as in your TOS it will be blocked anyone using the casino while living in a restricted country then the person will lose money. in terms of laws, I don't know how someone who creates an account while in a permitted country and then travels to a restricted country and starts playing would not be breaking the laws

because by logic and laws, even if the person creates an account in a permitted country, he cannot access the casino being in a restricted country, at least that's what I read a lot in the past of the many cases that I could see, unfortunately I don't remember the casino and from the case link, but I remember that the guy created an account at the casino while he was in his country, which is allowed, but he traveled to the US and I continue playing, and the casino blocked him and when he created a scam accusation here on the forum, the casino said that the curacao license and casino TOS prohibit people from accessing the casino while in a restricted country.

You will get the bonus for your first four deposits. For each deposit you can get up to 1.5 btc for bitcoin deposits which totals up to 6 btc and up to $2000 for fiat deposits which totals up to $8000. I hope this clears up the confusion.
However, the main concern right now is the expiration of their license which they should address asap and explain why they didn't renew it although it has been more than two months since it expired.
