Since when are you not qualified to win a slot prize, if you deposited and received a bonus? Bonus is only relevant for the wagering requirements or if you have opened several accounts = bonus abuse.

If their behaviour is not honest, you can sue them in Curacao!

You can also ask them if they want to join the Game Protect mediation service, because their licensor Antillephone do not regulate anything.

Several weeks ago I made a deposit that included a 50% bonus (the one Betchain sends out via email occasionally on Sundays), played some slots and won 5btc in total. I requested a withdrawal and waited over 2 weeks for it, several times inquiring with support what is the reason for the delay. The only answer they could give is that the payout wasn't cleared by management or something along those lines. Eventually, once I made a complaint over at askgamblers (you can see the complaint here: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/casino-delaying-5-btc-payment), Betchain did reply and they stated they were confiscating my winnings along with my deposit quoting "Specifically, not making a deposit without a bonus and a high bonus ratio of over 50%.".

I went to check the casino's terms and conditions page and lo an behold, a sentence appears to have made it's way there: "Making deposits with only bonus promotions without free cash deposits - Customer bonus ratio (deposits : bonuses) is more than 50%.". Now, I've been a player there for quite a long time, made many deposits and withdrawals and I have always been treated fairly right up until this point. Furthermore, if we check the internet archive, (the last snapshot of the site was made somewhere in Feb, link: https://web.archive.org/web/20170221202912/https://www.betchain.com/terms-and-conditions) not surprisingly, there is no mention of the quoted term, it was obviously added some time after that. I was never warned of the changes.

So basically, what the casino does here is entice the player with a deposit bonus offer via email and then they confiscate both the deposit and winnings by including a term that makes the player fallible in case he uses a bonus. I definitely do not believe this to be an honest business practice.
