They went even further in their path of deception.
Anyone who still believes or uses them after so many years of red flags can't be helped.
I've not used the freewallet before. I must say, any wallet that does not offer full control and security to its users is a big red flag. Those seeking for suitable wallets to use should do their findings well and go for wallets that matches their preferences to avoid expensive complaints like this. Help might come when it is already too late.
We can agree with your point of view, but there is one important aspect. Many people, including myself, sometimes store certain amounts in custodial services. For example, when I was a keen crypto trader, an impressive amount of coins and tokens were stored on several crypto exchanges. But it is important to note that these services were extremely decent and reliable.
I am not going to advertise any exchange, or a specific wallet. It is important to understand that different services have different policies. It may be too strict, but in no case should it consist of deceiving clients and stealing their assets under the pretext of checks. By the way, legal exchanges are forced to apply the same KYC policies in order to comply with regulatory requirements. Now the question is, does this apply to Freewallet? Definitely not! All their claims about legality are fiction.

You also won't be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if things go wrong. This means it's unlikely you'd get your money back if the firm goes out of business."
