It looks like Hashra is trying to bring back their website using the "Squarespace.com" platform.

It is recommended that as many people as possible notify Squarespace.com regarding Hashra.com and their illegal activity.

Their TOS states:

8c. You will not use the Services or Materials for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or insider trading.

Sounds like the definition for Hashra.com

That's a ToS copypasta, I guess it has nothing to do with Hashra.

I am looking to generate a list of potential buyers who have purchased one of HASHRA's new Moonraker or ASTRO miners. I will be building a case to hopefully begin sometime of litigation process against Simon Bright and his HASHRA organization for defrauding buyers.

I have already filed reports with the following authorities:

Combing through this thread, I see no evidence that HASHRA even try to attempt to address a single claim, ergo they're a scam.

Have got my order of warp 10 from Simon with a delay of 1 month. I PAID for an in stock product. NOT preorder. Now there's a price difference and also the loss for mining if I could have started earlier.

I have sent numbers of emails and none of them were replied within a day. It usually takes at least 5 days for a reply from Simon.

I say BEWARE, with this kind of shitty service, any warranty given by HASHRA or promises are just BULLSHIT.

The compensation given which was the only option had to be agreed upon otherwise nothing would be given.

Are you saying he refunded a least a little to you? I have been asking as my price difference was $255 ($1250 vs $995 by the time it actually shipped and I got it). I have been asking constantly about it and on rare occasions get a message back from Simon always keeping me on the line for more. This last time it was that "my credit card processor still hasnt paid me for your order yet". That is a total lie as I have a statement from my credit card that I paid and documentation from his credit card processor that he was paid.

All I know is I will never purchase of this company again. Very bad products, Very bad service, And even though given the chance they still would rather make profit after knowing their customers have lost out big time. The compensation given which was the only option had to be agreed upon otherwise nothing would be given.

This above is from experience. Only need to experience this once to never make this same mistake again.

Learn Guys.

Peace out!

I havent posted in a while as I have been going back and fourth with him, but believe me, Simon is very active every day. I eventually received my item after a significant price drop ($1250 vs $995). He promised a partial refund and a later on stated that I didnt pay and he was sending me to UK courts. I kept telling him that I have documentation of payment and that my $1250 order also is documented as being $100 value on the shipping paper/customs paper. I ended up calling his credit card processor and they stated hes paid so I dont know whats going on. Still no partial refund and now the 14mh model is $425 a few weeks later. I wont even come close to ROI. Im at the point im going to call my credit card up again and ask for help. To restate....Paid $1250 for item and didnt ship. Lowered price to $995 and shipped. Also declared item as $100 in US customs. Is that fraud?

Sorry, No more Paypal and Credit Cards:
Really sorry but yet again our merchant account got hit with a large number of fraudulent card transactions. As a result we are halting Paypal and Card transactions till we can find a solution.
We are back to the good old days of Bitcoin payments and Bank transfers for now.

This is because of fraud on his part. He fails to ship, does not communicate, we call our cc asking for help, he is notified by the cc, price is lowered and he finally ships. If anyone is having problems and paid with cc, please at least call your cc and ask how to proceed. They may offer advice or withhold payment till its resolved.

Ironic, they are the fraudulent party here.

Pretty crazy. This is the thing with paying with crypto, there are no protections for the sender. I think anyone sending directly like this is crazy, this should be done through a vendor that provides customer protection or through escrow.

I Also got a reply and this was Thursday EARLY AM .... And he said sorry Bla bla bla... I will talk to you about the price difference tomorrow and he apologised and said he it will be sorted.

WELLLLLLLL , Its now Sunday NIGHT and I have heard not a single word from him again... I have never been so furious about an online product in my life NEVER.. This "so-called" Company is the worst I have dealt with by FAR. I have not dealt with too many Mining companies but this is the worst out of the few.. and ontop of that this is the worst out of all the online Non-mining companies I have ever dealt with.

STILL WAITING.. & Emailing!!

I had to file a compliant with 2 checkout to get a response from Simon. I emailed several times about cancelling the order since over two weeks had passed from the time I had expected shipment. I also opened a Paypal claim (probably not an option for everyone).

After opening the claim with 2checkout I got a canned response from Simon apologizing for the delay and that my miner had a tracking number soon. I responded for him to cancel the order, or make some concession for the lost mining time and price change, but have not got a response. I am going to try to get my money back from Paypal and see how things are going.

I understand customer service is hard for a small business but you have to respond to your customers, not only when a third party forces you to.

I finally got an email from Simon last night telling me I'll get my tracking number today at noon(GMT+8). Still no tracking no.

Hi Derek

I am very sorry for the very late response from our end.

I will spare you with the details but we have been extremely short staffed.

I have been assured that you will get the tracking number for your delivery tomorrow around noon our time here in Hong Kong.

I am very sorry for the lateness in all of this and the very late response from our end also in communicating with you.

Kind Regards

Simon
