Assuming op's story is true,
I do not know what to say in this matter as not much evidence has been provided.
He was invited by a vip host, no one asked him to complete kyc, no mention of being from a banned country.
OP has not submitted any proof that he was invited. We cannot assume whatever OP is saying is a gospel truth. If he was invited then he should show the proof and then we can decide who is wrong here.
There is no justification for the rude way he was treated while contacting support because a compromise formula should have been found that would satisfy all parties, including at least allowing him to withdraw his deposit.
The intentions cannot be ignored from the beginning because there is no justification for inviting users to other platforms without having the ability to provide support.
I agree here he should have been allowed to withdraw what he had deposited. That is his money and the casino in not entitled to keep his money further the way they treated him is disgusting.
OP provided that evidence, four posts above yours.
Granted, the very part mentioning Germany was an edited chat, so if I have to explore on every possible scenario, I have to mull over a possibility that the edited chat originally didn't mention Germany. However, given OP was invited by their staff, I think the burden to verify the player's legitimacy is on their hand.

I'm not too sure about them having an interest in solving this. 2800 USD is a sum that is not neglectable and will pay for a month for their support center located in the Philippines. Unless this complaint here reaches critical mass they won't do anything (not sure if even then).
They are not responding at all via Email/Live-Chat, also not in their ANN thread.
Let me try to notify their rep on the forum, see if they'll provide their side of this situation and/or resolving it. Gimme a little time.
In the meantime, please focus the discussion here and only here. Peeking into your post history, I can see that you also have a long discussion on their ANN [that I am yet to read, so I barely know what's that about, but I'm heading there right after this] as this will only complicate matters by making things harder to understand.
