I don't have any information to help you but you should certainly consider not making titles such as that. Originally I thought there was some malicious intent on Cryptopia's part, not cool dude not cool at all. You made a mistake, so you should own it. Don't blame others for your mistake, that is petty in my opinion. I hope you get your funds back, but I also hope you don't arbitrarily blame others. Thanks chief Smiley

I agree that your title is very wrong. Cryptopia may have its own questionable problems, but in this specific case it is your mistake to have not secured your email enough. With such a title you suggest that there is some specific wrongdoing of the part of Cryptopia, which I would now say it is not the case.

here is their announcement topic: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptopia-cryptocurrency-platform-services-and-development-1669443
here is the active support staff that may possibly be able to answer you: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/lafu-805820

try your Email provider and see if you can get your Email address back somehow. it may be easier. you can even offer to pay a bigger fee to them.

wow just saw this; thank you so much for your reply!

question: have you ever had a support ticket with them?

i was waiting for one when i still had the account that has never been resolved or even been touched (it was trying to change my email); also go to other forums and look up other problems people have. OFC is somehow my fault but support could be a lot better.... if this gets resolved im obviously going to post this also... thanks for the reply

My email provider has deleted my email address because i forgot to make my payment.

all my emails are gone but i have access to the address again. i created an account without verification but i got the correct email and password and also my 2FA keys + backup.

you can only create a support ticket when you're logged in but since my email got deleted my cryptopia account went with it.

i have around 1,5 bitcoin in altcoins in there which is "ok" much to me.. i would like to actually have it back ASAP because my last login was just like 1 1/2 weeks ago but now it just tells me "wrong email or password"

please dont just hate on me and say: youre crazy to have that much money in cryptopia anyways

its ok i know how dumb having money in exchanges is but still they havent exitscammed or anything yet afaik so i think there should be a high possibility to get my money back; still im a bit worried.

please if you have any information as of how to reach out to cryptopia let me know

- ive created a support ticket with my normal email
- sent an email from the email account the cryptopia account has been created with to their support email
- created twitter/cryptopiareddit/and now bitcointalk requests to look into my problem
