Whats happening, today I have just read that two exchange Yobit and Hitbtc are scamming their customers. Is there any reliable exchange site? Are decentralized exchanges safe?

I have been answering 2 support tickets for more than two months.
They allow the purchase in btc of COX and do not allow the sale when they can not be moved to another exchange. Yobit is stealing user's coin in that way and it's not the only currency they use to cheat. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM

It's so obvious that Yobit is a poor and scam exchange look at their coins all of those coins are shitcoins and so many troll in trollbox i've using yobit exchange when i was newbie, I've lost so many Btc in this exchange because of Hype, Coin delisted and gone and all of my delisted coins are can't transfer into another exchanges better to trade in legitimate exchange sites that user-friendly like Bittrex and Poloniex don't trust yobit take a research about yobit you'll see so many negative feedbacks about this exchange.

That's the reason why you have to make a research first before starting to trade that coin in the market sir! Maybe they just restrict the withdrawal for that coin or its maintenance or sometime its subject for delisting.

I agree to you mate that's the reason trading job need a skills before start to trade because trading job is risky, if the people they do not know how to learn and monitor the kind of coins availability into marketcap surely the investment lose, to avoid this kind of trouble just research and monitor before decide to invest.

Customer support at Yobit is not very good in my opinion. I stopped using them a long time ago because their platform is not very user friendly and they don’t have good coins. The couple of times I contacted their customer support, they only halfway answered my questions. I would not trust them with a lot of my money and they don’t have many good coins to trade anyway.

They do the same for many more coins where they have the particular coin's wallet listed as under management or something like that but do allow it's trading and this practice is not at all good and by this they cheat people as it has also happened to me in past as I was searching for arbitrage opportunity and found one between yobit and poloniex which was about 33% but when I brought that coin on yobit and requested the withdrawal then there was written that wallet is under maintainance so all my hardwork was in vein.

I've been hearing bad things about Yobit since last year and one of the problems that they have is the limitation that this exchange impose to its user. They will allow you to buy coin from them but will not let you withdraw it. It is straight b*llsh*t in my opinion. It also appears that even though people are having problems with this exchange, they still tend to use it in the end.

Wake up people. Stop trading in their platform and maybe, that will the end for their exchange. As long as other people trade with them, they will just continue what they are doing. You are easily giving them money for free.

Don't know why anyone still uses YOBIT, there are so many other exchanges like Binance, Bitfinex, etc that accept people without too much verification. I don't even see the place for yobit in the market anymore, they're pretty shit.

I'd hope for them to simply be removed by losing too many people.

Yobit in terms of reputation is the worst one among the exchanges, why are you still using it while there are good alternatives. I think if I use it, I put coins there which I afford to lose.

They are so scammers that they also delete my messages on their yobit tg channel in English and Russian.

This only shows bad faith hiding the truth.

Yobit support problem is nothing new. A lot of people lost their money in trying to withdraw them from yobit - you aren't the first, and you won't be the last.

I see, the problem is that I have not found any notice about it in any forum until I've fallen into the trap, losing 0.097 btc because yobit accepts anything and then does not update their wallets leaving many users with total losses.

Do you know if you can report these cases and to whom?
Try to make a scam accusation against yobit, in this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 and make sure you will use this format for the report here. And PM this user with the link of the thread you made Yobit - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/yobit-406594

Thanks my friend

Do you know if yobit has a specific thread in this forum?

I have not found it and it would be good to warn potential clients not to cheat them in the same way.
