I'm going to lock this thread, for it no longer serves a purpose and has been proven that its existence is base on misinformation on my part.

Josh, would you be so kind as to let me know what other threads of mine you like me to lock? Instead of the blanket response--ALL--please provide links. Chances are good I'll comply.

Excellent, I look forward to your visit.  Please email me (or PM if you prefer) and we will sort out the details of when.  If you want to send the $200, send it to the BitcoinDF donation address.
Sent! I used Mt Gox rate of which equated to 1.55 BTC but sent 1.57 BTC to be fair.

 * speechless *

You have to admit, Xian, this shit is getting way outta hand. But don't worry, I'm already scheming on how to con BFL outta one of their logo coffee cups.  Grin

Nice move Josh. Hopefully this indicates a positive change in attitude for both you and Phin.

Josh cleverly played the Olive Branch Card before I had a chance to. Well-played!

Going to send that $200 USD now to where Josh desires it wants sent to.

Bruno, I don't know what sort of mental disorder you suffer from and frankly I don't really care.

I'll tell you what, why don't you come to BFL and take a tour of the place, meet the people that work here and bear personal witness to the whole business?  You seem to be under some strange manic obsession that is unexplainable, so perhaps actually seeing the thing you are obsessed with will return your chemical balance to it's more  ... rational ... state?

I'm serious, I will cover your hotel bill and travel expenses, all you have to do is show up to the offices.  Feel free to bring a friend and/or a camera if it will make you feel better and you want to.  The only thing I ask is you try not to talk about cocks and "jezz" the entire time.

I suspect you'll elect not to take me up on this offer, because I believe you are purely an attention seeking sensationalist that has no real interest in the welfare of the community or the truth.  It's all about what kind of attention you can garner for yourself, isn't it?

I accept!

Also, I WILL NOT pen another ill word about BFL until after such a meeting takes place and ONLY if such actions is warranted. Regardless, I'm pretty sure my overall negative comments will be scaled back considerably.

Also, please PM me a Bitcoin address so that I can now send you that $200. I'll assume you're only honestly seeking a single payment, with the other $200 you mentioned the other night being just banter.

Once received, just state on this forum somewhere that you did receive it. It doesn't have to go toward a charity as I've mentioned the other night. Use it for dinner. It truly doesn't matter.

I will also now refrain from using vile language in posts, e.g. jeez, cocksucker, MF, etc.

Honestly, Josh, this shit needs to stop, most of which has been on my part and not yours.

Whether you're aware of it or not, each and every Bitcoiner I've personally spoke with on the phone, I have spoken highly of you, with the only negative aspect pertaining to falsehoods either coming from you or Camp BFL.

I look forward to that address via a PM, bud.

I accept the revision.

BFL Fanbois: *Consider yourself in Contempt!*

Camp Lugan: *Josh Zerlan, did BFL submit their product line to the FCC?*

BFL Fanfois: BFL's miner don't need to be FCC certified! Don't answer the question, Josh. It's a trap!

Josh Zerlan: I'll answer the question!

[to Phinnaeus Gage]

Josh Zerlan: You want answers?

Phinnaeus Gage: I think us monumental assholes are entitled to.

Josh Zerlan: *You want answers?*

Phinnaeus Gage: *We want the truth!*

Josh Zerlan: *You can't handle the truth!*
[pauses, to wipe the jeez from his chin]

Josh Zerlan: Sonny lived in a room that had walls, and one of those walls had bars guarded by men with guns. Who else has been there? You? You, PL? You, K9? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for those who've ordered or yet to order, then you curse BF Labs Inc. You have that luxury here on BitcoinTalk. You have the luxury of not blowing who I blow. Those that ordered, while tragic, probably would have wasted their disposable income on some useless product or service. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, directs that money to Butterfly Labs. You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about in your panties, you want me to con moneys from them fools, you need me to con moneys from them fools. We use words like "in two weeks", "making hardware is hard", "we never lie". We use these words as the backbone of BF Labs Inc. You use them as a punchline. We have neither the time nor the inclination to explain ourselves to monumental assholes who rises and sleeps under the blanket of BFL trying to protect the Bitcoin network, and then questions the manner in which we try to do such. We would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a phone and call the FCC, the FTC, the FBI, the IRS, the CIA... Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to.

Phinnaeus Gage: Josh Zerlan, did BFL submit their product line to the FCC?*

Josh Zerlan: I said what I was paid for to say, I...

Phinnaeus Gage: *Josh Zerlan, did BFL submit the screen to the FCC?*

...

Josh Zerlan: [contemptuously] You monumental assholes... you have no idea how to build ASIC-based Bitcoin miners. All you did was weaken a company today, Phinn. That's all you did. You put our profits in danger. Sweet dreams, sonny.

Phinnaeus Gage: Don't call me Sonny. I'm a hero member of BitcoinTalk with the highest post count, and you're a son of a bitch with jeez on your chin. You've been served!

Blast from the past.

Today is Feb 6th.

The worst case ship date (to date) has been pushed back some.

From Late October.
To Early November.
Then Late November.
Then Early December.
Then December 10th 2012.
Then add 30 days till January 10th 2013.
At January 10th Add another 30 days to February 10th 2013.
Now add push back the date 8 more days, to February 18th 2013.

Latest push is to add 3 or 4 days on top of that to the 22nd.

-------------------------
Coins the term "Inflationary Delays®"
-------------------------

Don't worry, BFL customer took _75 Days_ extra like a champ when BFL customers were tired of waiting on December the 10th. Whats a few more days? Imagine if you had been told on December 10th that the chips wouldn't be ready until 75 days later? What would you have done?

It's a good way to retain the status quo.

March 2013, here we come. Be of good cheer. We Avalon customers are still waiting on ours. Wink

(see how I inserted that jab for equalizations sake?)

If only I knew then, what I know now. 75 days was a cakewalk.

There are 90%~ of BFL customers who are still waiting even now....today is August 27th 2013. Holy shit!

Said the guy that I just proved to, showing that Josh/BFL lies.
Oh?  Care to provide a single shred of proof that I've lied?  There's not a single person here that's been able to back up this claim, yet I've demonstrated it through your own posts multiple times that you're a liar.

"We'll be shipping in October, 2012"
"We'll be shipping in November, 2012"
"We'll be shipping in December, 2012"
"We'll be shipping in January, 2013"
"We'll be shipping in February, 2013"
"We'll be shipping in March, 2013"

...

@ Xian

Lets try to piece together the timeline of delays for BFL to date.

Let us go back to September 2012....

I recall I had a list written down once, but a Mod deleted it.

They shipped Jala's for almost 2 months before shipping other stuff.  You feel they should have just sat on the Jala product they could ship?

That's what they promised, so yes, they should have sat on them. Don't promise what you won't deliver. In fact, they're still promising it, and they're still not doing it. LIES.

Each product is its' own product. You order a Jalapeno, you're in the jalapeno queue.

FALSE. "the order queue". There is one queue. All orders go into it. This is also proved by BFL claiming that upgrading an order, such as a Jalapeno to a Little Single, would not change the position of the order in the queue. They are lying about the order queue to this day.

It is hindsight, so it wasn't obvious. But seeing how things played out, it's understandable. Disappointing for many, I'm sure, but at least its understandable.

What hindsight? Those quotes are from BFL's website today.

Each product is its' own product.

You order a Jalapeno, you're in the jalapeno queue... Order a single, and you're in the single queue... If they run out of cases and power supplies for one product line, it shouldnt' hold up the other lines.

Of course jalapenos' are going to go faster... they only need one chip to be soldered in place, one heatsink, etc. Compare that with effort to get a minirig out the door, of course the jalapeno line will move faster. And it'd be terrible for production if each station had to be reconfgured based on what product came up in the queue as each worker completed their task.

It is hindsight, so it wasn't obvious. But seeing how things played out, it's understandable. Disappointing for many, I'm sure, but at least its understandable.
