BFL had a black friday sale where they swore everything was in stock.

A week later people began posting that BFL was saying it was a preorder and it will ship when available,

yeah i have a Titan on order (in my defense it was just before KNC went nuts and starting slipping to bfl areas of endeavor) ....that may have been really dumb..in that I got it in 2013 and under USA IRS new guidelines....I would have paid 2k in taxes in 2013...but i paid for the Titan that year even thou it comes this year it saved me almost exactly 2k in what i shoulda paid in taxes in 2013...soo....using a weird logic...I really have 8k in the Titan ...cause if I would not have kept that order from neptune to titan..i'd be 2k short anyway

hoping it kicks butt...but with the bfl refund of 8519 (-300 loss) and say 20 coins the Jupiter will get out this year before turning into a doorstop...and I have an alpha-t scrypt miner coming 16mh plus they match same with virtual hash later after I get this miner ..plus the Titan ..if things pick up BTC wise back to 1k btc and/or the Titan kicks but...really don't want to pay gross income on the 50 coin I'll have this year

so I need a good equip deal for this home biz miner wise (spoododoleis is close but at 47% diff per month which i think is low and 440usd for btc with elec it comes out almost exactly even...for buying coin vs getting a unit....and that was the 6.5th 4,495 includes shipping deal of last week....was shocked

so sitting on hands hoping by this fall someone legit will pull another oct jupiter kinda good value deal out of their hat ...so i can mine and bury some of these costs to IRS in equipment that at least would be closer to ROI then I see lately

With the PH Farms asic equip dump this summer...man ....just don't pay to play..so fence sitting .....6.5th unit august at 2500watts for the same btc i could buy now don't cut it..i respect their attempts..but imho we may see some major asic war prices here soon..(or not look at ebay people are crazy)

but yeah altcoins if for no other reason the neptune just did not cut it ...would be useful with all this PH dump fro maybe 4 months with elec useage....so figured the scrypt miner Titan would at least give me some other coin to play with (delusional that may be) and I could prob run it for a year...ie not be quite as dead quite as quick hopefully with other coin choices

but I mean really I do the numbers on elec and such and a 6.5TH unit in Aug on bitcoin at 4495 won't float the boat.shocked is what I am shocked

so a *fence sitting" I will go...not that I'm new to that still pulling BFL splinters out of my A*S from the 1year 20 day wait for my refund.....at least I"m used to it

Yeah I have 29  five chip gridseeds doing close to  10mh   less then 290 watts.  They are the future boom.

I got ROI in cash,but not in BTC.............80 BTC paid for a 30GH'er ($650) in June 2012 & earned about 50 BTC from July 2013 till Feb 2014 & sold it on ebay for $330+ $15 for shipping 

BUT,it took my 6 Klondikes & 4 Drillbit miners to help pay that BFL off............

I'm looking to the altcoins now,with so many to mine I should be able do ok.At least the wattage reduction will help the power bill

I have read the transcript from Sonnys "supervision" hearing and it is good to see that finally some of the complaints to various government institutions regarding FTC regulations and consumer rights are being heard.

From now on it should be quite easy to get a refund on your BFL orders, essentially whenever you want.

If such refund is not granted and /or certain lawsuits against BFL will prevail and fraudulent behaviour will be detected, it will spell serious consequences for the people at BFL

Just got a monarch refund! !  In Bitcoin, took almost 45 days. Kinda glad Bitcoin is low

If you are going to look at refunds you need to include the pain that was PayPal refunds. Simply can't pick and choose your goldilocks type refunds. Seems like your are trying whitewash the record.

There are not 100s of refunds. There are infact 1000s of complaints and failures to follow FTC regulations. If you ask for a refund legally you should not have to wait more than a day or two to process the refund. What BFL did to you and is still doing to others is against FTC regulations and this company needs to be brought to court on this fact. It won't help to post a list of $300 to $500 refunds when we are talking millions being held and this is FACT not speculation as it is documented by the Probation Officer in Sonny V's probation hearing where he got an extra 2 years on probation and very STIFF warning to rectify ALL his customers complaints. You can ignore all the hate posts and threats against Josh etc and BFL you can't ignore the lawsuits and the actual complaints from people who are not getting refunds in a timely manner. Your refund is just that case. You asked and had to wait a long long long time to get your refund and that is against FTC regulations. BFL is not a honest broker here and it is important that people do not make them out to be better than they are. They owe millions of dollars and have defrauded people and failed to refund them. This is not hateful speech this is fact. We will see what the court cases bring but it is clear that there many people still being abused by BFL.

Do not buy BFL. Do not lay down and accept a 13 month refund. Report your problems directly to the Probation Officer of Sonny V and join the class action. That is the only way you will get BFL to take refunding seriously. This company has not changed one little bit in the way it is dealing with customers and is doing everything in it's power to slow refunds down or not give them out at all at the very same time they keep priming the ponzi pump / building the pyramid promoting the 28nm Monarch and misleading new customers that it is a great product and will be delivered in short order. If you are in denial about BFL that is one thing you can read and learn about what it is they are doing and change your thinking. If you keep on promoting these refunds as a "positive" gesture by BFL you are misleading everyone. This is not how business should be done. You get a refund when you ask for it not 30 to 45 days later. That is illegal.

Did you know your 500$ went to get Sonny V a house? Why wouldn't it go to a quick refund? Or say getting your unit to you faster? Why did any money go into Sonny V's house?

I realize the hatred of BFL is big.  I do not want to hear or read terrible things that you want done to them.

I want facts.

It would be nice to see 100 or 200 posts here .  with simple facts. that let us have an idea of how many got a refund offer and how many refunds have been paid.

I self modded this thread and will delete all post that speak of terrible mean nasty stuff.

Having a list of a few hundred  or more real email offers with what really happened to that offer will help the entire BTC world.

 I would really like to think that a well governed BTC world be helpful to all of us that want these kind of coins to grow.
