Happy is relative.

Again your story is certainly a warning to all DON'T BUY BFL.

Let us see how the lawsuit goes I suspect 500 bucks won't be enough to sway many others that BFL is rehabbed.

Well if it takes 13 months to collect a refund   and I never had any hash power sent to me for the 13 months one might draw a different conclusion then

 Buy BFL

Since I promised to post this  thread about BFL if they refunded me , this is my thread..

Sad that they never could deliver quickly  and have created this term   Did you get BFL'd? Used by so many of us.

Oh I see you were bribed to post. Nice.

That is typical of BFL.

Don't BUY from them or they extort you to get a refund. That is just sad considering that FTC regs demand if you ask for a REFUND you get a REFUND. They really need to go court and face the consequences. Happy you got a refund. The fact they had to make a threat so you post or you don't a refund is pretty awful.

Well I was offered a refund back in March 2014.  Like many other were.

I was polite asked for the refund and offered to post that I got the refund.

I also offered that I would post it on my btc forums which are here and Facebook .  They took about 40 days to refund .

Well I got the refund and unlike soooo many people in the BTC/crypto coin world I really make a super effort to be true to my word. Thus this thread.

I do not know of many others that have received a refund form those March 2014 letters sent. I also do not know how many asked for a refund.  The offer was made in march and frankly taking the refund would have been the best thing to do.

I am going to lock this thread and start a new thread.

It will be did you get a march 2014 refund offer email from bfl>

If you got the offer please post some of the email via a screen shot like I did.

Lastly did you get the refund?  if you did please post some type of proof of refund.

wow the OP seems to be happy..... BFL you did a good job making these fools feels like angles for having their money back.

OP you do realise your refund is mostly due to the current lawsuits they're facing?

You're dumb enough to be their tool again  Roll Eyes, either that or you like to be manipulated.

Well I may be their tool as you say. But the bottom line is I got my money back. I never cursed them I never lied about this.

I did the correct legal course of action and did get my money back.

I would think if you read my thread and decide that I am happy about BFL you are allowed to think that

I am happy I got the 512 usd back.

I am happy I got into BTC/crypto coins.

Is all I said so far.   when asked about my happiness with BFL I said:   "I am not sure"

philipma1957 party of one.

Maybe they are going to try to send some out.  Quite a few people with October cloud orders got the refund notice last month.

My refund notice offer came on March 20th 2014.  I have the email I will post it .

Threats of going to Jail does that to people.

Glad to see you are still happy after 13 months 0% loan you provided.

Don't forget to let the lawyers at Woodlaw know... might be able to get you some interest.

yeah 3 or 4 % is 15 or 20 bucks.  I can live with it.

Am I happy with BFL  very interesting question.

Because I never believed they would give me the 512usd.  I decided to make up for the lost 512 way back in July of 2013.

So I started my ebay business back up.  I mostly souped up Mac Minis  from 2006 to early 2013.

I was and I still am a very good ebay seller fast shipments and good prices. with good service.

I made a few thousand dollars on sale of asic miner block erupters.  To this day I still sell asics on ebay.

I make an effort to sell the lowest price with fast shipping and good support.

So BFL's failure to give me a product caused me to be very helpful to the BTC community  kind of an Anti-BFL.

Or I took lemons and made lemonade.

Does that answer the am I happy with BFL?  Even I am not sure.  But am I happy with BTC and crypto coins   thats a yes.

I actually have to say this was nice of them since I really did not think I would ever see this money.

So my list of BTC/Crypto coins bad outcomes has been reduced By 512 usd

Locking this thread.

MY March 2013 order  of two 5gh Jalapenos then boosted to two 7gh Jalapenos.  Then turned into a 50gh cloud contract was refunded.
I promised BFL I would post that they refunded me.
So here is the post.
Basically I was always very polite to them for more then a year.
I did not think I would ever see this money but here it is!
