because I think we are not going to see any big rises this year to reach anything higher than $10k which I believe is going to be a very strong resistance and can take quite a while to break. instead we will see a slow rise which is the ~30% rise in 5 months.
also I believe that ETF is not going to be accepted this time either so there won't be any enthusiastic big rises either... hence the stuck-below-$10k thing.
