If your RAC is above 250, you will need BiblePay coins in your wallet to get your daily rewards
Not sure to understand ...
If I have MORE than 250, I need coins in my wallet to be rewarded ? But if I'm new, I've ZERO coin in my wallet ...
Yes, you need BiblePay coins in your wallet to get research rewards
The community voted for it, I think there are good reasons for it (I voted against it)

But it basically requires you to invest upfront into BiblePay (which adds more steps) and then over time as you gain rewards you surpass the initial investment and make profit
The reasoning, if I understand correctly, is so that people dont just come into BiblePay, get the rewards and just sell them all, But rather by "staking" (having to own coins) they become investors into BiblePay
There's been an interesting question posed in Discord about PoDC miners that are building RAC slowly and have recently crossed the 250 RAC threshold. They will need to submit a sendgscc wcg but curious how the timing will work.
I'm not intimate with how often the wcg leaderboard gets updated. I know there was a wcg tx sent out about 6 hours ago. So, if someone's RAC was 245 then, no wcg tx would have gone out. But now what happens if during the next leader update, they have 255 RAC? Will this person miss one day of PoDC payment unless they send do a sendgscc wcg from the debug console manually?
So basically, the way the aggregator in PODC 2.0 works is once every 105 blocks (twice a day), each sanctuary (and full node) will re-calculate all of the rac. So for most intents and purposes this means all the cpids (participating or not) and their corresponding RAC are known to the sancs with a 12 hour delay.
So what this means for the user is if one had crossed over to 255 RAC this morning, by the next morning they should see themselves in the leaderboard - lets just call it a 24 hour delay.
They don't have to manually send the sendgscc as it will automatically send at the height in 'exec rac'.
However if they are in team BBP with < 256 rac, we don't need the daily escrow record (we automatically insert it for the unbanked).
If someone is really ancy, if they see their 'exec rac' has surpassed 255, they can manually send the sendgscc and then appear in the leaderboard a few blocks later. (The leaderboard is what the sancs use to assess the contract).
